I used to do 400-600 tren e a week no problem so i wanted to do a low dose of 200 a week. Maybe you are right and it's not necessary for my goals.
I love this chick man she's on another level she's 20 years older but she's prob the best thing to happen to me and prob saved my life. I spending alot tmrw to make things right. Going all in w the flowers gifts letter n dinner all that romantic shit, she deserves it. Sometimes we gotta see what's really important and what we will miss if we don't treasure it while it's in our lives.
With that being said I'm going to keep it in for now but I'll keep an eye on my mind n anger. Thanks for the advice
I've had serious problems in the past with anger while on tren but found that a really low amount still adds a lot to a cycle without sides, like even 150mg a week or 200 like you said with other drugs like test, eq, deca, etc. Makes a big noticeable difference for me. I bet 100mg would add something. It's just such a strong effective compound.

Hiccups went away thank God. I mix of gas x and omeprezole and a bland diet. Thankful as that was an annoying 3 days for sure.

Anyone want to chime in on training feel free to critique I'm always open minded. I wanted to hit some RDLs for glute but I was already past 90 min and it was late so went home and shot 4.5 iu hgh and cooked some tilapia green peppers.

Side note my gf been commenting on my dick feeling and looking longer and harder. Sex department is great I don't have a super crazy libido which is a good thing. I notice when u start a blast the initial surge of hormones makes pretty crazy libido almost hard to function normally without thinking of fuckin all the time. Usually a couple weeks of an oral steroid and libido drops off. I'm more experienced now to handle that with different compounds (masteron, hcg, cialis, pt141) losing libido really sucks I feel like I've had relationships lost because I was in a down phase in the past and sex suffered so did the relationship.

I'm going to Japan for a week in 2 weeks so no workout and just going to enjoy all the great food in Japan. Pretty excited about it. Need to stay healthy until then.

Going to do cardio consistently from now on 15-60 min 5 days a week.

3.5 weeks in I haven't even hit the sweet spot yet so I know this gear is top notch and I am fully enjoying it! The smooth thin oil and the effects are noticeable no doubt.

AG offered to pay for my blood panel but unfortunately privatemdlabs has no labs in my area I would need to fly so that is not an option. Appreciate the offer greatly AG!!!

Wednesday I pinned right glute and trained legs. I watched a video of John Jewett leg day explained and followed his excercise selection n I had a very effective workout I'm going to follow that workout now.

Calves were thrown in on my own because the leg extensions were all being used. Some rep range went a little high but I will add more weight next round.
 
Hit chest delts n tri last night. Vascularity is getting crazy. I think cardarine (gw) is a good staple to any cut cycle are started splitting the dose 10mg am and 10mg preworkout. Hard to explain but I feel I'm just getting leaner and leaner even though my calories are up. When I do cardio breathing has been easier.

That's the kind of sponsor that gets my loyalty. No issues with anything from AG! I'm one month into these products and I can't wait to see what else this blast has in store for me. No sides for me but an occasional pimple.

Not using any orals this cycle yet except proviiron which I wouldn't consider an oral because it doesn't carry the same characteristics of methylation orals....I see why guys don't like oral they give alot of sides...prostate, acne, high BP, liver stress, heartburn etc.

Another thing I'm noticing is I need less ai. I haven't really been using these past 2 weeks I prob only did .5 adex twice a week. I believe it's because the Primo and masteron are legit and are brining down e2 to a good level. Well see where my e2 is at soon.

Brother, trust me, you need to come clean. Going into a marriage with secrets is a recipe for disaster.

As far as taking pictures, you can get a tripod with a Bluetooth receiver for like $20 on Amazon. You can watch free posing tutorials on YouTube. There's options if you get creative!

Yea I am completely open with my wife. She is my life partner you know best friend. She didn’t like the idea of it but it has everything to do with presentation. Glamorize it for sure. Talk about TRT and the benefits. If you don’t completely trust her to keep her mouth shut don’t even try. You’re obviously going to do it anyway so I would get her used to the idea and don’t mention tren 😉

It was a wonderful time. The yen is weak right now so to put in perspective I exchange 700 us dollars for about 110,000 yen... the yen u take the last 2 decimal places and turn it to 110,000 equals 1100.00 dollars so to speak. See u see the value of the dollar pretty nice.

Ate amazing ramen, sushi, authentic japanesse meals, curry, cakes and desserts, etc etc.

Japanese people are so customer service hospitality centered it's nice to see and it feels really safe. I was in Tokyo most of the time. My first time traveling outside of country it was a good experience can't wait to go back haha.

I haven't spent much time online so I haven't gotten to share pics on social media yet. Try to post some nice ones for yall if I find some time.

I've gotten 2 short workouts in since being back, chest back and the other was Biceps Forearms at home. Haven't lost strength but well see when I go tonight back on my split.

I imagine I can almost pick up where I left of gym performance wise as I've been eating more carbs. I'll make sure to take extra time warming up and getting my joints ready. Give myself a couple training cycles to figure if it's time to add an oral to the mix. Wanting to keep sides minimal was my approach with this blast and we all know Orals come with sides..even 250 tren feels better then oral and the harshness they have on organs. Oral are fun though lol

Yes anadrol over time makes me feel very lethargic but immense strength .

Tren is uncomfortable for me now as well
So I just tend to stick to my favorite 3 test ment mast .
 
So since going on vacation I haven't got back on a cut diet. I am liking the gains from more calories. Trying to get back into the mindset of cutting, slowly but surely.

Left delt shot today and trained back. Did tons of sets and about 7 different exercises. Feeling focused and strong and the cardarine sure is helping me recover between sets and breathing is less labored noticably.

No real sides to report possibly shedding hair a little more since adding the masteron.
 
Shot right glute yesterday easy n painless as usual. No problems w AG oil all golden.

Push session was great hitting prs at least once every workout. Everything running on all cylinders and I feel great. Pumps, libido, well being, energy, appetite all great.

I'll prob do my bloodwork that was sponsored by the man AG himself. Lipid and hormone panel... I just wanted to get somewhat back to baseline after my week vacation in Japan.

Ran out of proviron. Just started winny at 25mg will slowly increase and lower the masteron. What do u guys think is a minimum masteron dose? In thinking of pulling it out completely if I'm going to run the winny. Thoughts
 
Hit legs rotated from ham exercise to Quad. Trying new excercise selection so I don't need to spend lots of time loading plates. I figure if I'm loading the whole leg press it's not optimal for time and energy working out alone. Doing single leg machine leg presses and took out traditional leg press plate loaded. This is just one example.

Diet has been getting better cutting back on junk. I like feeling like I'm growing not getting smaller. My first ever cut cycle and I can't get my mind right to say this is what I'm going to do. Not like I prepping for a contest or anything. I'll keep working on dropping the body fat slowly. I started at I believe 13 % 199lbs of lbm, wanting to get to 10% with lbm of +200 by say mid February.

Sometimes I debate if I should hire a coach to help me get there but I know I should be able to on my own but sometimes the support and instruction helps alot when trying to meet a goal.

I just need to program my cardio better around legs and use fasting and low carb days to lose some fat. I have t3 and clen but didn't want to run it and fuck w my heart... holding off on that until its needed with my diet and cardio working. I was using 25mcg t3 earlier in the cycle no sides I noticed. Still making strength gains in the gym and looking bigger and sharper so don't know if I should cut calories right now
 
U can definitely avoid using those 2 compounds,tweak your diet & hit that cardio,fasted or 2x a day ..u will get there,have u ever used Cardarine (gw)??

Life happens to all of us but you’re grinding away.. you’ve done a great log and I’m sure helped a lot of guys on here understand some of these compounds and understand what to expect.
