Had a full rest day yesterday eating and sleeping all day.

Possibly contracted covid from a friend watching the ufc fights Saturday. No symptoms yet so hoping I dodged it.

Shooting left Quad today after work and hitting back tonight.

I am taking 20mg cardarine in one dose in the afternoon closer to my training.

How did the Cardarine feel did u notice an increase in stamina or endurance ?

I haven't noticed anything yet I am going to keep it at 20 mg and I will be doing more cardio mostly stationary bike. I did 30 min today it felt pretty easy.

It’s ok push through it homie ! Take vitamin c . Zinc . Quercitin , and all the juice . Ur immune system will bounce back !

Cycle so far nothing too crazy gains wise, just slowly changing daily. I feel stronger, harder and leaner. I need to get on the program with more cardio. Not looking to add weight on the scale from the cycle just want to add muscle while losing fat. I'm 2 weeks in with AG gear and really loving it.
I decided to throw some Mast e in the cycle.
225 Mast e
225 tren e
525 test e
600 Primo e
20 mg cardarine
25 mg proviron
3.5 - 5iu hgh
Adex and hcg as needed

All Azteca gold supps except the gh

Shot today right glute. Itching to go gym but I'll stay away considering don't want to get anyone sick.

30 min cardio on stationary bike.

Going to video meeting with Dr. today. I planned to vacation in japan in less then 3 weeks hoping the covid will be clear for me to go. First time leaving the country and stoked!

Yes I did donate successfully. Filled the bag in less then 10 min. BP was 130/85. My home blood pressure monitor is shit and reads high. My bloods prior estradiol was in the 90s. I'm lean but I aromatize more so I think I like to have estrogen at the high side of normal range.i just added the Mast to help me not have to take too much ai. It doesn't seem like Primo drops my estradiol much. I am only going on week 3 with Azteca Gold gear so I'm sure things will change. I plan to get more bloods as the cycle goes on

I wish i could monitor it daily accurately..
I really need to get a lipid panel. If money was no object I would run tons of bloods and see what everything is doing.

I was even thinking we could do the lipid and see what cardarine does to lipids after running it

Started the day w cardarine 20mg and right quad injection .4 tren, .4 Mast, .7 test, 2.0 Primo. Followed with fasted cardio on the bike for 30 min.

Got to the gym hit back, rear delt, and some traps.
Despite getting covid still beat the log on some lifts.

8 exercises 1-3 working sets on each.

Gained some weight staying home and eating off plan and resting. No big deal

Saturday night I had a sick push session lots of focus, aggression, endurance and power.

Post workout huge meal of steak shrimp n rice. Right after I got hiccups and I've been dealing w these annoying hiccups for almost 48 hours now. Trying to go see a Dr to see if I can find out the cause. It's been messing w my sleep and eating.

Despite not eating as much I am feeling full muscles. Leg day tonight hoping I can dial it in and have a great productive workout.

Yeah man for some reason tren can be notorious for gastric issues heart burn hiccups lol and insomnia

Tren is tren but nothing makes one look so spectacular

I've read this too I'm wondering if it is the tren. I may have to take it out if I can't get a handle on this in the next few days.

Dr thinking it's stress combined with acid reflux so I'm taking the prilosec daily and tums n gas x and hope we can fix this. If not I'll try to get them to give me bloods or I'll cut the tren out and replace the mg with masteron

Yes the Tums definitely help with tren and yes tren can cause acid reflux and so on . You can use What u mentioned to help

Omeprazole works better for me compared to Prilosec

Anadrol makes me almost choke to death when eating, do to the hiccups and acid reflux. Never experienced it with Tren E nor Ace.
