Does injecting less frequently keep blood counts low?
I'm on 140mg per week. Currently inject everyday, 10 units of test and 1500 units of HCG.
The more frequent you inject the more stable blood levels will be..
I agree. I’ve been on TRT for 10 years and I’ve played around with protocols but I pin two days per week and I’m good to go. This is obviously speaking on a medium/long ester like CYP or EBeen on TRT for two decades. Monday Thursday shot works perfect for me.
Hiw are your blood values in terms of hematocrit and, hemoglobin RBC? I have ti debate once a month. Too damn much. Gonna change tio pinning twice a week.I agree. I feel great except for the fact my blood values like hematocrit and hemoglobin and RBC rise quickly after donation blood. I really hat that. How have you been feeling @CocoPuff ? It's popular with TRT doses to pin on Monday+Wed+Frid, or Every Other Day, maybe even twice a week. I believe everyday may be more pokes than you need (unless you're running Test Prop...) because the half-life on Enanthate and Cyp are ~5 days.
Are you on an AI or anything 'else' (besides the HCG)? There's a FB group and Youtube channel out there called 'TRT and Hormone Optimization'. They may have a more scientific answer to why your levels spike after blood donation. https://www.youtube.com/c/FoxPowerBasement/search?query=HCGI feel great except for the fact my blood values like hematocrit and hemoglobin and RBC rise quickly after donation blood. I watch their YouTube stuff. Honestly, I tend to disagree with their assessment of blood donations, at least in some cases. My RBS came back as 6 44 which means blood can be thickening. I'd rather playvir safe. Are you on an AI or anything 'else' (besides the HCG)? There's a FB group and Youtube channel out there called 'TRT and Hormone Optimization'. Generally they dont worry about donating blood or adding an AI. How often are you donating? If you're worried about your levels after donating, just dont donateor reduce the frequency to once a year.

I don't use an AI. 5mg Cialis along with test C and HCG
I'm at 140mg a week. Total testosterone is 1400, free is 28. I wouldn't even mind lowering the dose a bit. I could donate some testosterone it seems.Yeah fair enough. Every body is different and this is more of an art than an exact scienceDo what works best for you. See if reducing your injections to twice or three times a week helps you.
When is the last time you did labwork for total test?I feel great except for the fact my blood values like hematocrit and hemoglobin and RBC rise quickly after donation blood. I really hat that.
Which is it? Both are high for 140mg/wk. Are you drawing labs a week post pin?I'm at 140mg a week. Total testosterone is 1400, free is 28.
