Get Shredded!
Does injecting less frequently keep blood counts low?

I'm on 140mg per week. Currently inject everyday, 10 units of test and 1500 units of HCG.

Lol... no. Thanks for catching the mistake. Was 25 units everyday. Will change to 50 units 3x per week.

The more frequent you inject the more stable blood levels will be..

How have you been feeling @CocoPuff ? It's popular with TRT doses to pin on Monday+Wed+Frid, or Every Other Day, maybe even twice a week. I believe everyday may be more pokes than you need (unless you're running Test Prop...) because the half-life on Enanthate and Cyp are ~5 days.

I agree. I’ve been on TRT for 10 years and I’ve played around with protocols but I pin two days per week and I’m good to go. This is obviously speaking on a medium/long ester like CYP or E
Hiw are your blood values in terms of hematocrit and, hemoglobin RBC? I have ti debate once a month. Too damn much. Gonna change tio pinning twice a week.

I feel great except for the fact my blood values like hematocrit and hemoglobin and RBC rise quickly after donation blood. I really hat that.

Are you on an AI or anything 'else' (besides the HCG)? There's a FB group and Youtube channel out there called 'TRT and Hormone Optimization'. They may have a more scientific answer to why your levels spike after blood donation. https://www.youtube.com/c/FoxPowerBasement/search?query=HCG

Generally they dont worry about donating blood or adding an AI. How often are you donating? If you're worried about your levels after donating, just dont donate :) or reduce the frequency to once a year.

I watch their YouTube stuff. Honestly, I tend to disagree with their assessment of blood donations, at least in some cases. My RBS came back as 6 44 which means blood can be thickening. I'd rather playvir safe.

I don't use an AI. 5mg Cialis along with test C and HCG

Yeah fair enough. Every body is different and this is more of an art than an exact science :) Do what works best for you. See if reducing your injections to twice or three times a week helps you.

I'm at 140mg a week. Total testosterone is 1400, free is 28. I wouldn't even mind lowering the dose a bit. I could donate some testosterone it seems.

Also, when my nloods get high, I feel kinda crappie. That's another reason I donate. And my cholesterol is picture perfect. Doctor said it a benefit of donating regularly. Only catch is that my iron went to shit. So I have to supplement now.

When is the last time you did labwork for total test?
I didn’t catch your age either. But if you’re fairly young and using hcg with test you’re numbers may be skewed.

Those are high numbers for 140mg.
300mg/wk should yield about a 1340ng/dl result.
What is the test dosed at?

What ester, prop?
Cyp or enth only need be taken 1-2 x weekly and 150mg would land you in the 600-700ng/dl range administered that way. Unless your gear is overdosed. Is it UGL or script?

The pinning frequency of ED medium ester is keeping your lab numbers "higher" due to the release rate being circumvented. Most labs are done 7 days after the pin with a frequency rate of one pin a week. It's a crude methodology but it works. If you are looking to truly do TRT you could pin less (frequency or milligrams). Your test level is more of somewhere between TRT and a cruise. There's nothing wrong with that unless you have blood issues. I pin 100mg 2x wk Mon/Thur and stay around the 800-850ng/dl range which is where I feel best and have no blood issues. Everyone is different and their sides are as well. I personally have to deal with E2 more than I do hemoglobin/hematocrit.

Did your doctor prescribe the daily injections?

Just checked and last total test was 1393 ng/dl. Crazy high for 140mg.

It was aground that number when I was pinning 2-3 times per week. Maybe my body just responds to it well. Not sure it great to be so high. E2 is elevated but no need for an AI

Yes, Sub Q in deltoid.

Curious if such high test levels are dangerous in the long run.

No, lol, I've been at 10,000ng/dl before.
So here's the deal with TRT. You want to stay in the normal range and at a number where you feel best and have the least side effects. Experiment with a smaller dose maybe and think about the amount of HCG you use or the pin schedule for that also. I use 250 units twice a week and it also raises my test. Look for your sweet spot. If nothing else you won't feel like such a pin cushion.

One last thing. What does your doctor say about your results?

10,000? Damn... lol.

My doctor said that it's normal for those blood counts to go uo. I knew this before I started TRT also. I just hate donated blood... those needles lol. I started doing more intense cardio for 45 minutes a day now. I hear that can lower the blood counts, which makes sense. The goal was to get myvfree T up. I feel great otherwise

So, I went away for a little bit..28 months for my third dwi. I'm back now and ready to get back into the lifestyle. When I want in I was mid-cycle of Test C Tren A and anadrol. I lost all my gains, crashed test, depressed etc. But, my question is I just got home and found a leftover bottle of Test C 250/MG ml. And some arimidex pills that aren't expired for another year. Would it be worthwhile to run a low, low trt dose for like 12 weeks or so. I mean like 62.5/MG a week or +/-100mg a week JUST to feel better and get test levels back up? Also, I don't have extra money to buy a cycle I'll need a month or 2 to get it, plan it and make a move. So is super.low Test C worthwhile to someone who ran cycles for 2 years and then went cold turkey bc of jail?
