Hell yeah, seems like I’ll be ordering some soon. Have the same anxiety issues at night sometimes, brain keeps rolling. Thanks for the feedback Matt.I took 2 caps before I got in the shower last night. As I'm finishing my shower I could start to feel it kicking in. I laid down and I had the most amazing relaxed feeling come over me. It's just like my whole body was relaxed and already prepared for sleep. This relaxed feeling made it much easier to fall asleep than usual. It seemed to even relax my mind. Typically my brain doesn’t want to stop going 90mph. This definitely helped on all fronts.
10/10 recommend.

Did you try it yet?
Yes, took 2 capsules first time. Felt it shortly after. Definitely helps, but I did feel groggy after waking up. Woke up carbbed up with my pre work out meal and went back to bed for a few hours instead of going to the gym 😂😂 Next day I took one, felt it again shortly after, did wake up a few times to urinate, but definitely puts me in deep sleep. Having issues with the wife so not sure if that’s played a role in waking up, but it did bring very lucid dreams regarding the issues going on. Definitely works, just a little too groggy with 2 capsules. Will do 1 tonight again.Did you try it yet?
Yeah it worked wonders for sure, it’s a different type of relaxation. Every time I wake up I’m drooling so I’m deep asleep lol just the 2 capsules first night did slow me down in the am. Bottom line stuff works.I do 3 at a clip.
Works for me.
Not that I've seen. I slept about 6-6.5 hours last night and woke up fine. I think it would be user dependent in regards to how long it lasts in your system. Is there a minimum amount of time you need to allow yourself sleep for in order to use this product? Like is it recommended to have at least 8 hours to sleep before taking product??
Makes sense, I just remember products like zzzquil recommend allowing at least 8 hours for sleep to prevent grogginess and such when you wake up!Not that I've seen.
