Lol guys I was just frustrated because I was using a backpack with a dumbell in it to add weight to the barbell and it fell off. Relax I’m not shilling. And the source isn’t even on this board. If I was a shill I’d be posting td pics and all that crap.

i was just justifying my irrational frustration over the virus. No grandmas are getting hurt it was just a figure of speech. Busted my ass the past 6 months putting on a ton of muscle just to lose it. Secondly there are quite a few legit sources here and no one cares what my opinion is of a source.

as I said the virus is pissing me off I can’t even get a hair cut.

The imaginary grandmas are safe from me no worries. And that grandma comment came because I was at the doctor the other day and this grandma was in line in front of me and I was 15 minutes late to an appointment and she just wanted to make mindless conversation after checking out of the office when there were 2 people behind her. Like come on. People are behind you waiting to get checked in. Move. It.
