Hey guys. Finally was able to get back at it today. Didn’t go crazy just kept it simple with my push day and got out quickly so I can fully recover from this sinus infection. Still felt good to push some weight and get a pump. Will be checking in with [mention]Montego [/mention] this Saturday.

Prime incline press 4 pps - 11 reps
Backoff set 3pps - 14 reps

Flat bench DB cluster set 100lbs - 24 reps

Seated prime chest press 300lbs position 2 - 13 reps
2nd set position 3 - 12 reps

Lying cable lateral flys 35lbs 2 sets to failure - 15, 13

Seated lateral raises 105lbs 2 sets to failure - 21, 20

Flu is bad here, I just got over it, 2 weeks of sick with a freshly broken arm made for a miserable experience. Caught the flu in the emergency room, was full of it when I went in.

Hey guys. Sorry I haven’t been active as of late. I was coming off from being sick and was just focused on getting back on track for this current growth phase. This will be my last push before I start my prep for my Pro debut next year. Got a good leg day in yesterday. It was hamstring/glutes focused. Workout below.

Seated hamstring curls 170lbs 1 rest pause set of 18 reps, 1 backoff set 150lbs 11 reps

Kneeling leg curls 1 cluster set 85lbs - 23 reps each leg

Glute bridges 4 1/4 plates per side 2 sets - 11, 10

RDLs 315lbs - 11, 10, 8

DB walking lunges 50lbs - 12, 12, 12

Adductors 130lbs 3 sets to failure - 21, 20, 18

Been a rough deal man, broke into my elbow socket and locked up my elbow. Been doing rehab trying to avoid surgery, looking like I might not need it, few more weeks to know. Tore my forearm muscle and it pulled up like a bicep tear. Tendons have been the worst pain for me, making it hard to use my hand. Had that with the Flu.

Smith incline press 335lbs rest pause set - 10, 4, 3
Backoff set with 2 sec pause at bottom 275lbs - 9 reps

Prime flat bench 1 plate on middle peg and 3 plates on bottom peg - 10 reps
2nd set moved the 3 plates to top peg - 11 reps

Pec deck flys 2 sets to to failure 270lbs - 14, 12

Bodyweight dips chest focused - 22 reps

Incline DB curls 45lbs - 12, 10

Lying cable curls 50lbs - 14, 13

Hammer strength High curls 85lbs - 15, 14

Had hamstring and glutes yesterday. This is a day that I’m starting to enjoy more. The first time I have ever used the glute bridge and actually don’t mind it. Doing them before RDLs seems to allow me to connect better with my hamstrings since glutes are pre exhausted. Here’s what went down.

Seated hamstring curls 1st set rest pause 190lbs - 10, 6, 3

Kneeling hamstring curls 80lbs cluster set - 28 reps total

Glutes bridge 3 PPS - 14, 12

RDLs on smith 335lbs 2 sec neg and 1 sec pause at bottom. - 9, 8, 8

Weighted walking lunges 25lbs - 15, 15 steps

Adductors 3 sets to failure 130lbs - 20, 17, 15

Prime seated chest press 1st set on setting 2 for end range 370lbs - 16 reps
2nd set 370lbs on setting 1 for beginning range - 12 reps

Flat bench dumbbell flys 55lbs 1 set to failure then go straight to pressing until failure - 12 reps and 10 reps

Lying cable laterals with wrist cuffs 35lbs 1 sec pause at top - 15, 13 reps

Atlantis lateral raises 120lbs - 20, 16 reps

Prime Leg ext 4 plates on middle peg, 1 plate on top and bottom peg with 25lbs on top as well - rest pause set - 11, 6, 4
2nd set backoff set 4 plates on middle - 16 reps

Lying leg curls 3 plates 2 sec negative - 12, 11

Pendulum squat 4 plates & 25lbs with band for added resistance - 11 reps
Backoff set 3 plates - 20 reps

Leg press cluster set 14 plates - 25 total reps

Bulgarians split squats 2 plates - 11, 10 each leg

Adductors 130lbs rest pause set - 26 total reps
Backoff with 2 drops sets 130lbs - 15, 110lbs - 8, 90lbs - 6

Single arm lat pulldowns 145lbs to failure - 12, 10

Seated machine row 115lbs to failure - 10, 9

Rope cable pullovers 165lbs to failure 2 sets - 15, 13

Trap bar deadlifts 1 all out set to failure 5 plates per side - 15 reps (this was grueling)
