Id like to lose weight and gain muscle get a little shreaded. I have a whole gym in my home, I can work out, I work from home so as soon as im done working I can go put in work.. looking into TRT as we speak I have a thread over in that section so I MIGHT be starting that. but diet wise what does everyone suggest? I also have a scrip for Ozempec but never took it and if I do TRT I know I shouldn't it was given to me because i am a diabetic not due to weight or anything else!!!

Thanks all in advance

I am diabetic. Cut out sugars and reduce carbs. Up protien intake to 1g per lb body weight. I went from a fat 270 to a cut 230.
I started trt and then was Rxed mounjaro as it better than ozempic.

Why not take the Ozempic?
I'm diabetic, on TRT (200mg cyp split 100mg 2x a week) and Ozempic (2mg 1x a week).
My numbers are fantastic.
The Ozempic will kill your hunger and make you feel full so yea its a small struggle to eat enough. But if you prioritize protein, good carbs and fats your goals are doable. It will take a little longer but it can be done. Laxman3221 is right cut sugar. I keep my carbs to pre and post workout meals. And Protein protein protein.

The only way to explain the difference between O and M is to try Monjorno yourself. I was on Ozempic per my Dr, and then he wanted me to try Monjorno. Night and day as far as my experience goes.
