So I figured since a lot of us haven’t been training and possibly falling off the wagon with the diets, let’s see some pics of where everyone started to where they are now! Maybe that will help everyone see just how much they have changed and how hard they have worked to get to where they are!
Who’s going to be changing things when the gyms open back up? I know for me I’ll be changing how I lift and compounds I’m on. Going to be digging more into peptides and getting more familiar there.
So let’s see some progress pics everyone!
I guess I’ll post just to start it off!
