Rest day with 40 mins incline treadmill

One of those days when I'm hungry as fuck. Sometimes I think that maybe my tirz somehow gone bad being in fridge for almost 9 months.
Or maybe my gallbladder stones are fucking with my stomach too much and I'm mistaking other signals for hunger.

Idk how some people on glps have it so easy that they forget to eat, I still think about food way too much.

Upper with no cardio

Now I got 50 mins of cardio to catch up tomorrow

Today was super tough workout. I was done after first few sets and had to convince myself to finish the workout after every set. Was too spent mentally afterwards to do any cardio so I just went home.
