Get Shredded!
Ok, so I did make it to the gym three days Thanksgiving week. And one day the next week...

But then I went to a convention in Vegas. Yeah, I had a lot of beer, and lots of food. Good times. Saw Jeff Dunham in person and went to Caba Wabo. But now I'm back!

Started new training today: 6-7 days a week/2x a day. One time is running, one in the gym. It's 13 weeks until a big 15K national championship race in Jacksonville, FL. I'm in no danger of winning (top professionals and Olympians win that thing). But at 55 years old, I'm going to be hitting it hard for the next 13 weeks. My goal is to be the biggest, ripped guy running that race so people look at me and say, "What the hell? How does someone who looks like you run in long-distance races?" I'm at 205 lbs now, but too much of that weight is fat. I run faster at around 185-190, but I'm trying to stay over 200.

New cycle, new training program, new day! Ran 40 minutes this morning and worked chest hard in the gym at lunch.

I've got some before pictures, but they're kinda embarrassing. When I have the after pictures, then I can post those with 'em, I think.

I'm an avid runner as well. What are your go-to PED's for athletic performance and enhanced recovery?

I'm honestly still trying to figure that out. Trying Cardarine out right now...

I haven't found one that's great for endurance at all. I did get wicked CECS in my calves when I was on tbol, but I've since found out (and will be trying) a combination of taurine, magnesium, and potassium will help that.

Also, while in Vegas, I got blood work done since it's two hours from where I live to the nearest blood work place. And I scheduled another test for the end of December to check things out.

I could not imagine the pump you get in your calves being on gear and running for 40 minutes, and not on a treadmill at that. I ride the stationary cause I can’t handle the pump after 20 minutes on the treadmill.
