How you guys prevent gyno during a testo cycle?

Hello guys

How you prevent gyno during your cycle? It it legit to use tamox during the cycle? I mean tamox blocks estrogen and let the body produce more testosteron, but what I am doing this during the cycle??

There's natural estrogen blockers. Milk thistle, Nettle extract, Tongkat Ali, Zinc. Then you have Aroma inhibitors. Personally I like to add on some Primo.

I use exemestane (brand name aromasin).

Nolvadex...Very effective and safe to run through your cycle. Nolvadex blocks estrogen at the breast gland not the entire body.
Check w/bloodwork to see if you E2 is elevated...
Add in Aromasin if E2 is too high.

Some people dont even need an AI at 500mg.... The OP's only way of telling is to get bloods before cycle and while on cycle to see for sure... I can usually push a gram a week with just Nolvadex, but anything higher I use an AI/w Nolvadex
AI's are the last ditch effort to combat E2 sides as they are not generally healthy for you.

I rarely ever use AIs. It has to be a real heavy cycle to need it.

Also giving someone a general idea gives them the opportunity to purchase products ahead of time. Instead of getting sides, bloods done, having ski high e2 and now you gotta wait for something.

Also also I find aromasin to be safer imo. And technically it’s a steroid.

People gotta do what works best for them.

Do you guys know BOR+ from Big Zone, should work also as a Estrogen Blocker.....and does Tongkat Ali really works for that in a cycle, I find it strange to use a testo Booster during a Cycle.....

Hey man. At 300mg/wk you may not need an AI at that dose. So definitely make sure you've got them on hand, but I'd highly advise against taking them until you have blood work done at six weeks in.

If ur oilly skin and itchy hot nips. Blood work shows higher e2 (make sure to get ultra sensitive test). Then personally I would start with a very low dose at like 3-6mg e3.5d

Don't start taking an AI with 300mg test a week. Run test only for 6 weeks and then pull bloods.

No run your cycle. At 6 weeks pull bloods. Keep running cycle. When bloods come back adjust accordingly.
