How to take multiple oils

New to the forum and I am currently on trt but about to start my first cycle and i have no idea how to do multiple compounds say test eq being an exsample would I do multiple shots that day in different spots or would I back load a syringe ???? Any info would help

You can load multiple compounds in the same syringe.

Just pull what you need from each vial and shoot.

Thank you guys for the answer newbie questions but I’m still not sure what I should even take next I’ve done a 350 test cycle but I’m trying to be smart about what I do next Thinkin test eq and maybe some var

Thinking 400 test c 200 eq maybe some Winnie instead of the var feel like var would be overkill

No disrespect my friend but I think a research is in order here..

In addition, what do you want out of this cycle. Along with that....tell us a little about yourself... how long have you been training, age, weight, training style, cardio regiment. All these details will be able for us to provide you with a cycle that would be best.

Appreciate the answers . I guess that would matter some here lol Im 5”7 in between 230 29 years old always been built . I’ve been lifting weights since start of high school but got serious bout 18 started looking into training styles learned about hypertrophy and things like drops sets , super sets and how to focus on technique. Got close to a decent body bout 22 only doing one cycle of 200 mg of test cyp in that time span . My body took well to the cycle . Then got married lol went to crap for about 5 years couple years ago picked back up on and off training meaning I wasn’t consistent with diet till this last year I went from 255 or so to my now weight 230 . In last 6-7 months I hopped on trt at 160 mg two shots a week test cyp . In this last 6-7 months I’ve counted macros /calories worked out consistently 5-6 days a week steady state cardio 100 -120 mins a week meaning incline treadmill training every muscle once a week 4-5 movements 4 sets of 10-12 rp chest twice a week last 2 months or so cuz it’s my lacking body part . Sorry for long answer but hopefully that answers it

I should add 2 n half months ago I upped my test to 350 a week for 6 weeks got little leaner some strength felt great then went back down to my 160 for trt labs which I’m doing this week

Forgot to say my goal is to lean down and get basically beach ready just look good with no shirt on

If you’re running two or three compounds. You don’t necessarily need to do them on the same day of the week. Of course this will depend on your dosage.

It looks like to are on the right track right now going from 255-230.....and this was done through your training and diet and cardio? Any clue on your BF% right now? Ideally you want to be less than 20% prior to starting a cycle. Pretty much anything over that may cause issues with gyno/bloating...estrogenic sides.

Your diet and cardio routine will ultimately determine your physique. Are you still losing weight?....have you plateaued? To be honest I would stick with what works. If you are still losing weight at a TRT dose coupled with with that clean diet your on and the cardio regiment keep at it. I would have not an issue if you run a cycle of cyp at 4-600mg/wk with biweekly injections along side an AI. If you set on running another hormone a couple of mild options to help you lean down a bit could be EQ or maybe NPP.

Hoping someone else will chimein for other opinions.

If I was to guess inbetween 26-28 % I haven’t really had any side effects at least from a test only cycle little bit of achene but bout it . I am losing body fat just very slowly . Possibly because I eat twice a day ??not including a Protien shake before bed

How many calories are you eating in those 2 meals? Weight loss is calories in vs calories out. You're definitely not eating enough protein.

Like the brothers stated. Oil with oil. Water with water. Add one compound at at a time that way youll know where the side effect come from if any. Just my opinion. But if something goes south on 3-4 compounds youll have no idea of the cause. Enjoy the ride

Dude if your body fat is in the mid 20's then you need to cut fat, not add more gear. You probably have no clue what you actually look like under all the flab. Get down to 10-12% bf and reassess if you even want to do another cycle then.
