Take it slow. Only add 1 compound at a time.
- up the test a little
- add Masteron or Primo
- add an oral like Anavar
No disrespect my friend but I think a research is in order here..New to the forum and I am currently on trt but about to start my first cycle and i have no idea how to do multiple compounds say test eq being an exsample would I do multiple shots that day in different spots or would I back load a syringe ???? Any info would help
5’7 230lbs… Derek Lunsford is that you?Appreciate the answers . I guess that would matter some here lol Im 5”7 in between 230 29 years old always been built . I’ve been lifting weights since start of high school but got serious bout 18 started looking into training styles learned about hypertrophy and things like drops sets , super sets and how to focus on technique. Got close to a decent body bout 22 only doing one cycle of 200 mg of test cyp in that time span . My body took well to the cycle . Then got married lol went to crap for about 5 years couple years ago picked back up on and off training meaning I wasn’t consistent with diet till this last year I went from 255 or so to my now weight 230 . In last 6-7 months I hopped on trt at 160 mg two shots a week test cyp . In this last 6-7 months I’ve counted macros /calories worked out consistently 5-6 days a week steady state cardio 100 -120 mins a week meaning incline treadmill training every muscle once a week 4-5 movements 4 sets of 10-12 rp chest twice a week last 2 months or so cuz it’s my lacking body part . Sorry for long answer but hopefully that answers it
It looks like to are on the right track right now going from 255-230.....and this was done through your training and diet and cardio? Any clue on your BF% right now? Ideally you want to be less than 20% prior to starting a cycle. Pretty much anything over that may cause issues with gyno/bloating...estrogenic sides.Appreciate the answers . How many calories are you eating in those 2 meals? Weight loss is calories in vs calories out. You're definitely not eating enough protein.yea lifestyle changes food wise and training consistently . If I was to guess inbetween 26-28 % I haven’t really had any side effects at least from a test only cycle little bit of achene but bout it . I am losing body fat just very slowly . Possibly because I eat twice a day ??not including a Protien shake before bed
