How to raise HDL...... anything help?

SB Labs
My HDL consistently sucks. No matter what I do it's low. Even LDL is in range and total cholesterol is too.

I do all the shit the Internet says. Exercise, cardio. Not obese.have healthy fat, fish oil, don't drink/smoke

Rosuvastatin my only option?
Your numbers look typical for an AAS user. the two low point look like a period where you used orals or tren or something that hits HDL harder than the average stint.

I would give it a try, it definitely will help your numbers.

Starting meds myself was one of the best decisions I’ve made in recent years. My BP and cholesterol have crept up in the last decade, but since they were still “normal” my doctors always shrugged them off — “these are getting up there in the range, but still ‘normal,’ so we’ll just keep an eye on them…”

I was tired of that and started Telmisartan and Rosuvastatin. My numbers looks excellent now, and my doctors noted they look much better. I just smiled and said, “Yeah, imagine that!”

I have found full flush Niacin can raise your HDL quite a few points. I have taken 500mg and 1000 mg (split). However it can raise your ALT AST once you hit 1000mg +

Rosuvastatin and reta= beautiful lipids. Hdl was around 31. As we know peds drop hdl. Its part of the cost.

What kind of time frame did it take to see results?
