Basics:
1. You gotta ramp metabolism and strip fat bc thats where thc and its derivatives are stored.
Eat like 90% protien for 2 weeks. Seriously. Nothing but chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, non-carb protien powders, avoid ALL fats and carbs. Its only 2 weeks.
2. You need to clean the blood and urine of the derivatives.
Get green tea bags or green tea powder, mix the green tea with water and lemon juice and do NOT drink ANYTHING else for 2 weeks.
3. Water.
Drink at least a gallon of SPRING water per day. Tap and non-spring bottled water comes from municipal recycled sources and has tons of shit in it.
4. Stop all thc use.
If you have been smoking daily for more than 30 days, its gonna take about 4 weeks of this.
For occasional, low dose smokers, 2 weeks is usually enough.
