Many of us using Anabolic Steroids will at one time or another come across tren, in one of its many forms. Australian Researchers studied rats given Trenbolone dosages, and the results were quite remarkable.

Julius Vida, who wrote :- Androgens and Anabolic Agents: Chemistry and Pharmacology, Described tren as a type of super-Nandrolone. The rats when injected with the Tren did show similar sides as those Rats injected with Nandrolone, although, and obviously, the Androgenic and Anabolic effects of Tren were much stronger than those of the Nandrolone, although compared with Testosterone Propionate, the androgenic effects for Tren were noticeably lower.

Study
The Australian researchers gave half the Rats 2mg of Tren per kg of Bodyweight daily for a period of 6 weeks! In a Human, this dosage would equate to roughly 20-30mg of Trenbolone per day. (140-210mg of Trenbolone per week)

Results
In a nutshell, 6 weeks later at the end of the study, the Rats that had been given the Trenbolone were more ripped than other rats given nothing. They had gained both lean mass and lost quite alot of fat mass!

The “Trenbolone Rats” prostate however was enlarged by 49%, but after more examination, found the prostate to be in good shape, no inflammation and certainly no cancerous cells. The likely reason is because Trenbolone reduced the Estradiol level.

It was also found that the Rats insulin sensitivity was increased, although probably as a result of a change in body composition.

The level of triglycerides and LDL in the Tren rats blood levels dropped, which is a positive effect, although HDL levels also decreased which is a negative effect.

The Study also showed no effect on liver enzymes within the Tren Rats over a 6 week period using minimal dosages, which concluded that Tren when used sensibly and controlled is not dangerous for the liver.

“Technically they do not know or is not known” should be the answer to almost everything. But its fun as all hell.

Drink a lot of water, don't use alcohol with it, and keep it on the lower side (100mg eod or lower), and you'll be fine guaranteed.
Is there any truth to that tren (even at a low dose) isn't a good idea for older people like 60?

I ran Tren Hex for 12 weeks. 75mg a week 1-6 then 100mg 6-12, splir Mon and Thur. Liver values were out of range slightly, but I was not taking as many supplements as I should had - no tudca or Liv. BP was good - 75-80 / 120. I had occasional night sweats, no crazy dreams or rage issues.

IML Gear Cream!
I once read this blog I’m going to see if I can find it and share it. It’s called grandpa’s on Tren lol. I’m sure if your lipids are bad and your old it’s not a smart move.

I was.just watching a tren vid today. Guy was saying tren is awful and never should take it unless you are about to compete. Also added that it makes you feel so shitty on and off.

Tren doesn’t make me feel like this at all. No lethargic feeling like I get from orals. I do get angered easily but other than that nothing to bad.

Perhaps taking the Liv52 and tudca would help things for someone like you or me. Sounds like a nice low enough dose there.

I agree. I had other components and supplements to offset the effects. Low I think was a huge benefit for me.

Tren put me in the hospital after about a month of use, I was doing 75mg eod, doctor said it poisoned my liver but it don’t happen to most, but now I got 4 cycles of Tren I have to sell 🤷‍♂️, now before I take anything I see how hepatic it is to the liver , my liver sensitive I guess. I inherited a rare lung/ liver disease but I’m just a carrier it’s not active so not sure why it affected me the way it did but be careful in anything you put in your body

Wow damn...that brings up a very good point. If you have certain medical conditions AAS can aggravate them, and AAS can also have potential interactions with any medications you might take. While it may be hard to discuss AAS with your doc, it might be worth it to have that discussion if you have a medical condition.

Lucky that was caught by your doc before any significant damage done.

This is the first? Do you have any history of alcoholism or abuse?

Oh good point. Doesn't alcohol tend to magnify the sides of tren? I never drank while on any cycle.

Low to moderate does win the long game.

Tes
Test is best.
Yeah done well with plain test cycles (along with proviron)...but did add in npp last run and it was nice. Not too shabby for being close to 60.
