3 seasons out of the year we go for daily 1-hour walks with the dog. (Hilly trails, etc).
A good workout...
This time of year, Ive just been doing TUE and THU but the sessions (for me) are very hard.
Much harder than normal "treadmill or bike" stuff.
Mainly, four 5-minute rounds of nonstop stuff, like:
Airdyne - 1 min
Farmers walk - 1 min
Airdyne - 1 min
Backward sled - 1 min
Airdyne - 1 min
I repeat it 3 more times for 20 mins. (Then I go do some basic bike or treadmill for 10 more mins).
But that interval crap above for the 5-min rounds, kills me. (Slowly getting better at it)..
