How much cardio do you do ??

Let’s talk about something that makes most guys cringe. That’s right I’m talking about your favorite gym activity CARDIO. I personally hate cardio mostly I run 15 minuets on the treadmill 3 to 4 times each week.

I do the least amount possible lol. Right now I'm on 3 fasted sessions for 20 min and 3 post workout for 20min weekly. Mostly because I let myself become a fat turd. Once I get lean again we'll be cutting it back and I shouldn't need much. I do like doing at least 2 20 minutes sessions weekly for cardiovascular health

I’m basically doing my whole workout fasted right now including the cardio. I just started going to the gym 4 am ( only option) the last thing I want to do is eat that early.

Depends on where I am at.

If I am a pathetic fat ass I will start out at 20 minutes of LISS a day and if my sorry ass stalls I will add 5-10 minutes all the way up to 40 minutes a day to keep it going in the right direction.

Once I get lean enough I stop cardio completely.

30-60 minute walks on non-lifting days. Once in a while I'll do some HIIT but for the most part it's a LISS type cardio. I don't jog/run

I’m thinking about stepping my cardio game up to 5 days each week ( along with diet ) Was thinking 20 minutes of HIIT 30 second rest/30 second blast should be sufficient.

The bare minimum. There is nothing more that i hate then hearing someone day how love running, cardio ect. 🤢🤮.

I stick to hiit myself and usually only during cuts. Cardio is a last resort.

10 minutes pre-workout, (stairmaster, bike, or eliptical)
30 minutes post workout (treadmill)
I love cardio!
That's every day I get to the gym. Usually 7 days a week!

25mins fasted 5-6x per week but also cutting and this will increase to morning and evening sessions in about a week. Once I'm lean enough maybe 2-3x per week to maintain while adding cals back in...all LISS cardio!

Depends, but if cutting, two twenty minute sessions 4-5 times per week. Mainly use them as a warm up/cool down before and after lifting. But I do get my heart rate into the fat burn range and try to keep it there.

When you hear the alarm at 330am and you just went to bed at 10pm you tend to be grumpy all day. The things we do to look half jerked :/

Currently fasted at 20 minutes level 5, but later in prep is when I dread the 60 minute fasted sessions

Well at least for me its only three days a week. The fourth lifting day in on the weekend with the wife and 1 cardio only day if she wants to head in on sunday. Its the first week that is the worst. hard to pull it together in the gym those first couple sessions...

Idk about your but I pack everything the night before and sleep in my trunks.. so that all i have to do is throw on a shirt and hoodie(OG mickey mouse hoodie) and head out... slam my prework out on the way probably going to have some poptarts in the truck also.

I do a 10 mile ruck Monday and Friday. 55 - 65 lbs. pack. Fast as I can (usually a brisk walk). I do legs on Wednesday so this is a good balance for me.

I pack all my meals and clothes the night before slam test/suspension 50mg and go balls to the wall totally fasted the whole time. I don’t even eat my first meal until 930am (Intermittent fasting). Tomorrow makes day 5 and I do feel flat as fuck but tomorrow is a off day from both so we’ll see.

I hike and hunt the rocky mountains. That's all the cardio I care to do. Used to be a runner, but got bored with it. Btw, hiking with a 60lb ruck us a really bad idea. My knees are shit thanks to that. Hike steep terrain with little weight, use trek poles when going downhill. You'll thank me when you're 45

I've been at it a long time and it works for me. It actually seems to help my funky right knee.
Rockies are nice. I've been hiking the Rockies since i was young. Love them Sawtooths.

Rockies are nice. I've been hiking the Rockies since i was young. Love them Sawtooths.

Sawtooths are cool, I hike a lot just south of there in Indian peaks and james peak wilderness.I like hiking in the alpine areas, just wish I could get Sound of Music out of my head while I'm up there. I'm also now needing to take synvisc injections in my right knee due to the abuse. It sucks that getting off your ass and doing things tears down your body, while couch potatoes have perfect joints.

Lol on my current blast it's at least 20 minutes per go. Damn tren makes me take forever

I've had that effect on just one run of Tren and I've run it many times. It's cool to joke about being able to last longer however it kind of sucks at some point when I'm breaking a sweat and my focus has changed from enjoyment to nutting.
