I’m basically doing my whole workout fasted right now including the cardio. I just started going to the gym 4 am ( only option) the last thing I want to do is eat that early.I do the least amount possible lol. Right now I'm on 3 fasted sessions for 20 min and 3 post workout for 20min weekly. Mostly because I let myself become a fat turd. Once I get lean again we'll be cutting it back and I shouldn't need much. I do like doing at least 2 20 minutes sessions weekly for cardiovascular health

When you hear the alarm at 330am and you just went to bed at 10pm you tend to be grumpy all day. The things we do to look half jerked :/
I pack all my meals and clothes the night before slam test/suspension 50mg and go balls to the wall totally fasted the whole time. I don’t even eat my first meal until 930am (Intermittent fasting). Tomorrow makes day 5 and I do feel flat as fuck but tomorrow is a off day from both so we’ll see.Well at least for me its only three days a week. The fourth lifting day in on the weekend with the wife and 1 cardio only day if she wants to head in on sunday. Its the first week that is the worst. hard to pull it together in the gym those first couple sessions...
Idk about your but I pack everything the night before and sleep in my trunks.. so that all i have to do is throw on a shirt and hoodie(OG mickey mouse hoodie) and head out... slam my prework out on the way probably going to have some poptarts in the truck also.
I hike and hunt the rocky mountains. That's all the cardio I care to do. Used to be a runner, but got bored with it. Btw, hiking with a 60lb ruck us a really bad idea. My knees are shit thanks to that. Hike steep terrain with little weight, use trek poles when going downhill. You'll thank me when you're 45
Hiking with 60lb ruck is only bad if you're a pussy.

I've been at it a long time and it works for me. It actually seems to help my funky right knee.

I've had that effect on just one run of Tren and I've run it many times. It's cool to joke about being able to last longer however it kind of sucks at some point when I'm breaking a sweat and my focus has changed from enjoyment to nutting.Lol on my current blast it's at least 20 minutes per go.
