How many days a week are y'all training

I do 3 on 1 off. So, 6-5 days a week. Sometimes I’ll do an extra day off, due my job fucking my sleep.
Ppl??
Been thinking of running 6 day a week ppla & pplb..I have it drawn up ..I'm still doing chest,back,legs,shoulders/arms..

3 on 1 off for me. I’ve found hitting individual body groups once a week to work well.

No, still doing bro split. Was doing Legs, Back/Arms, Chest/Shoulders repeat and rest when I felt like I needed one. Now doing Back/Shoulders, Legs, Chest/Arms, Rest repeat. Started really pushing the intensity since I’ve been running Mtren PWO and no way I can do more than 3 days on without a rest day afterwards lol

I’ve noticed with me running a Legs Push Pull Legs Push Pull Rest, by week 4 my joints are aching and by week 6 I’m in the hole pretty bad.

I shoot for 2 on 1 off. But usually go more days in a row then i plan.

Get Shredded!
Consider incorporating more leg-focused exercises or adjusting your training approach if you find your leg development is lacking. You could increase training volume, frequency, or try a modified split with an extra leg day. Listen to your body and consult with a fitness professional for personalized guidance.

This but closer to 8 years. 1 body part a day, Chest, Legs, Back, Shoulders, Arms and weekends off.
I always find that bigger more muscle developed guys grow better training body parts once a week, even Dave Palumbo talks about this. Yet guys with less size or newer to training benefit better from training more often like twice a week, What’s your take on that?

I think if your trying to bring up a body part training it LESS is the way to go. Dave also talks about this. Usually a lacking body part will also take longer to recover. When I first started training my chest was lacking, so I would hit it 2 times a week. I tried doing incline 1 day, decline/flat the other. I tried heavy one day and pumping the other. My chest started to really grow when I only did 1 chest day a week with 6-7 exercises max in that session. More is not always better when it comes to training. Dorian Yates is another great example of this. He would train 4 days a week with 45 minute sessions.

I work out at work (we have a nice gym) so i do a push/pull 5 days a week alternating. One week is 3 push days and 2 pull. Then vice versa.

I throw legs into both days (squats on push extensions/curls on pull)

I aim for 6 days a week, but about 1 out of 3 or 4 weeks, something interferes, so I only make it 5. Also add in running (outdoor) 5 days a week.

Me personally I found my best results from a push pull legs routine,6 days a week physique wise
But strength wise I find 5 days a week hitting everything once is the best but I start to see my legs lack after months of this
Interesting to see how many people are also doing 3 on 1 off. That’s what Ive been doing with PPL for about 8 months now and I find I can hit my workouts hard asf and recover great by the time the next rotation comes around.

5 days week... train 2x's a day during those 5 days.
