I just wanna say hi to everyone and say how happy I am to have found this site..
short introduction-I’m 44 yrs old . I have worked a trade for 25 yrs and know first hand trial and error speaks volume.
Fortunately I stumbled upon asf and can hopefully avoid mking some detrimental mistakes.. I’m on 500 testC- added 400mast week 6 bc I’ve was having estrogen issues since week 2 on only 200 test weekly.. I had to start Aromasin every other bc my nipples got hit with a sledgehammer - Nolvadex thank you..but anyway I’ve slowly increased dosage and my body has gotten used to the test now so I’ve backed off Ai to e3d. I’ve worked hard for 3 yrs to get where I am. Diets on point.. No alcohol, no negative shit in my life.. stats- I’m 5’11”-210lbs. Probably 17-18% body fat. Goals are to cut a little more bf- then get absolutely huge next cycle. I don’t plan on pct.. was gonna blast and cruise. Couple questions:

What’s the best way to hold gains on cruise dosage?

What’s the best cruise dosage and how long do most people cruise before next run?

feeling like I’m 20 yrs old again. Life is good.

And to answer your question, the way to keep gains is to change NOTHING. Eat and train EXACTLY how you did on cycle. You will be weaker, you will not recover as well and you definitely won’t be as stoked to go hard in the gym. This is where almost everyone fails.
But if you do these things, you won’t lose actual muscle. You MIGHT need to adjust your diet a bit but possibly not. For example, all I do is drop my carbs from 350g/day or so to 100g or under. Aside from the weight loss due to water retention and muscle fullness, my actual muscle stays the same. My drop was from 250 to 235. No big deal.

Hey man congratulations on your new physique. That’s not an easy thing to do.

As far as answering your question. The best way to hold onto what you got on a cruise is always going to be nutrition and training. Nutrition over absolutely everything. Even after this cycle you could still see good changes on a cruise dose with proper diet and exercise.

If you said above that you were having estrogen issues on 200mg test then you need to drop that to 150-175mg a week and see how you feel. A proper cruise shouldn’t have you dosing asin to keep estrogen at bay. If I were you I’d start at 150mg and do BLOODWORK to confirm numbers, then recalibrate if needed. BLOODWORK will tell us when our numbers are looking good again…that’s when we know we’re ready to jump back on again.

Thanks for all the advice! Appreciate you guys. We growing! 215lbs today. Up 20lbs and staying lean. Strong af.. libido out of control. All the previous pics and profile pic are natty. Thank you sir! It’s been a hell a ride… Had a divorce . Went down a dark rd. Hit rock bottom addicted to drugs and alcohol. Put myself in recovery in 2020. Decided it was time for a change! Never looked back. I think a lot of us probably have the similar story. Gym saved my life fr..

Well I can say that's great & sounds like similar story to mine,alcohol and pain pills led me in and out jail for years..actually missed the birth of my last son..anyway over 2.5 years sober and I also help people in recovery now..gym life definitely helped me through that..
Keep grinding bro 💪
