Holidays are upon us and I’m going to start sharing some workouts I have done I’ve the years when traveling. These are primarily cardio/ interval/ circuit/ CrossFit training style workouts

I used to travel extensively and would do these when I couldn’t get to gym. I know the holidays can get hectic and getting your heart rate up and a sweat going is essential as we get past 40

Workout 1

2 minutes on elliptical
25 crunches
25 jumping jacks

Set timer for 30 min and get after it
