My third workout from my traveling days you can do during holidays when crunched for time. I came up this at a holiday inn in the middle of nowhere with very limited equipment.

10 rounds

2 min on steep incline walking (no hands)
2 min on bike and keep RPMs over 90 rpms

This will have you sweating and quads screaming if done right

I hardly ever put on any water even during a dirty bulk..
Cardio I always do each workout..
