Never heard or done meds but def agree with whole blood donation every 90-120days…especially if Hmct is elevated…plus, keeps you checked for tot cholesterol, bp, iron & antibodies NOW, yea !!!
Do you donate whole blood or double blood?

Been using carditone since I started this thread. I take 1 tablet before bed. So far, no difference whatsoever. My blood pressure remains the same.

My BP was always as 120/80.

Lately I've been having erectile problems. Decided to check my blood pressure and it's been on average now between 135/85 to 145/85. It's been like this for about 8 months now.

I need to bring my pressure back down about 20 points.

However, I do not want a blood pressure medication that will cause me many side effects. I can't afford to have weight gain, or lethargy, or depression or further erectile problems.

My diet is check, as well as estrogen. I work out 4 times a week. I sleep 6-7hours a night. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't take any prescription medications. I'm not a stressed out person. I am 46 years old. Currently taking 350 per week of both testosterone propionate and masteron propionate, as well as 500 mgs of equipoise and arimidex.

Any suggestions of which blood pressure medication I can use that won't cause unwanted side effects?
i think Organic Ashwagandha Capsules from vital herbal and also help you. my dad used to use them

My blood pressure ran high all the time when I was 40-50 lbs overweight. As long as I am eating/ living right it’s fine

Ur BP is NOT that high bro. In A lot of people it's genetic. My dad had high BP, my brother has high BP and guess what- I have high BP. And let me tell u what high is. I went for a simple highway dept. physical about 2 yrs ago. Mine was 190/110. That's high BP. Was on trt dose at the time. My doc said it didn't have shit to do w/ it. My med is Cozaar?? I'm no doc- but now my BP is 130/ 80. Just checked it. And zero side effects. Hope this helps. BUT your BP is really fine imo- especially at 46. To me fluctuating 20 or so points is normal on juice. I wouldn't worry much about it- just my take.- HR

From what I've read..
I'd pull bloods..run labs and Stop the EQ..
A quick look and you should have some insight..liver values..kidneys..RBC..
AND
Never overlook WBC...(if you don't get familiar with this ONE..could be bad)
May just be the combo of some compounds that just jack up your pressure...
BUT
At 46...I recommend you dig deeper..
Just my.oooo2

And, as usual my friend Z is on it. Just remembered some guys posting awhile back saying EQ made their BP go up. Take the rest of it and oil ur bike chain bro- that's really all it's good for anyway imo-and as I said- I really don't think u need all these "remedies" anyway. But if it makes u feel better to have "perfect" BP- carry on. Seriously tho- good luck!

Glad to hear that brother- and Jesus Christ man- just looked up my BP med.(Probably a little late-lol). According to the list of side effects- I'm lucky too be walking around- much less pumping iron-lol. Of course it seems all drugs these days have worse side effects than the actual reason ur taking them in the 1st place. Btw- I have 0 of the loooooong list. Must be 10 "normal" sides- then another 15 "possible" ones including seeing a halo around lights-lol. Don't think I'm an angel- scratch that- I'll be lucky to be let pass the "pearly gates"-lol. Now I KNOW I'm talking out my ass- sorry op- Z brings out the worst in me-lol. Again good luck man!-HR

Get Shredded!
Been using carditone since I started this thread. I take 1 tablet before bed. So far, no difference whatsoever. My blood pressure remains the same.

The start of this thread was only a few days. Give the carditone some time. Even use 2 a day at first then taper back as needed. I read of people using this method. I only take a half now in the morning and my 10mg Lisinopril at lunch. I’d say don’t be afraid of prescription meds. Its better than the alternative IMO. Make sure you are doing cardio and try to de-stress a bit. There a lot of supps that help with stress and lowering cortisol which have benefits. You also can take NO2 supps. They helped me. When I’m off cycle I don’t run any carditone and only take half tab-5mg of Lisinopril.

try 2.5-5mg Cialis. I was similar (120-125/80), bumped up to 140, 2.5mg Cialis daily took me back down to 125.

I had to try quite a few different BP meds to get the right one(s) which didn't cause unwanted side effects.

After many months, I finally settled on a combination of Telamasartin and Nebivolol.
