Absorption
The bioavailability of subcutaneously administered somatropin is approximately 80 % in both healthy subjects and growth hormone deficient patients. A subcutaneous dose of 0.035 mg/kg of somatropin results in plasma Cmax and tmax values in the range of 13-35 ng/ml and 3-6 hours respectively.


What does it mean? It means that people who injected 10 IU's of Genotropin HGH subQ had the following #'s " of 13-35 ng/ml and 3-6 hours respectively. "

What can affect the #'s? Different metabolism, body weight. Some meds can affect the #'s too.
TIMING! Let's not forget about the timing, some of us will get higher #'s after 2 hr while others after 4 hr.

Speaking of the results we see here 8 IU's injected, blood drawn after 3.5 hr, which resulted in 13,3 ng/ml. If the individual injected 10 IU's it'd resulted in additional 20-30% increase or 15-16 ng/ml min. As it's mentioned above we need to keep in mind the timing, metabolism, meds and body weight. Everything looks good to me.

I also hear that some guys say : I had 45 ng/ml from some Chinese "rainbow tops" why I got 30 ng/ml from Qtropin? Is it less potent? When we compare 2 HGH meds, the first step is to know the concentration of the products, I've seen how vendors sold 20 Iu's as 10 IU's, if we were chasing the #'s we'd get 94% pure HGH and doubled the concentration, every 1 % of the purity costs the lab a lot of money. Then it's the timing, both products needs to be injected IM or subq following the same protocols.
