I have been injecting HGH subQ. I recently saw old threads stating HGH IM results in higher Igf levels. What I noticed when trying IM at night I get tired within half hour and knock out fast compared to SubQ

What method do you prefer and why?
 
I definitely like the fast sleeping effects of pinning IM an hour B4 bed time😴😴😴
 
Do you guys inject in directly in the stomach fat or the little “pocket” that is formed when you pinch the skin.. hopefully that makes sense

I go straight into my ass fat. When I tried stomach fat and pinching it. Wasn’t getting into the subq and would get a lump for a few days and be itchy.
 
Any issue with just a slin needle into the delt subq?

I have never done HGH. I have my first kits on the way now though so I’ve been doing some research.
From what I have researched subq is best for night time before bed since it will be in your system longer and IM is better for pre workout since it hits faster.
 
kurt havens has said you lose like 40 percent absorption going im he's slapped a book together on hgh, and deals w hgh and patients for his day job. on this I'd say he is probably in the know.
 
I prefer subq 31 gauge 5/16 inch needle in the belly fat.
I tried subq in the thigh once and it looked like a giant mosquito bite lump. (Not infected though).

Can you elaborate? What part of what I said isn’t true? I’m still trying to learn the right way before my kits come in.
IM doesn’t hit faster. I used to think the same and used to pin it IM in my quads, done the preworkout dosing, throughout the day, site pinning. All that’s gonna do is jack up your blood glucose levels more than necessary.

“The administration of rHGH elevates local skeletal muscle IGF-1 mRNA expression in numerous
cell, human, and animal models. This happens quite quickly, within 60 minutes of a subcutaneous injection of rHGH, and peaks between the 6-12 hour mark.”

“Human myocyte studies show that GH increases
IGF-1 mRNA expression within 30-60 minutes and it peaks much quicker than it does in animal trials,
within 1-2 hours, using the JAK/STAT5b signaling
pathway. These elevated levels of mRNA
have been shown to last for as long as 48 hours

Thank you for this! I just took what everyone says and thought it was true. I just found this in a medical study:

“The sc and im administration of human GH (hGH) was compared in the therapy of GH deficiency. The peak and integrated concentrations of hGH in the plasma of the patients were similar after sc and im injection of an initial dose (0.1 U⁄kg) of hGH. The peak hGH concentration occurred at 2 h in both groups”

So if they peak at the same time but you get higher absorption through subq then it wouldn’t make sense to do IM in this regard. You are absolutely correct.
The only question would be if the local IGF1 increases for pinning specific spots would be worth it or not.
