My post workout meal
6oz filet mignon split in two
1/2 avocado, peppered
1/4 cup almonds
1.5 cups rice

I had to take two pics since the rice steamer took longer than usual (too much water)

I’m gonna use the TRT blend which is MastE 200mgs and Cyp 200mgs so 400 total per cc. I’ll start low dose and increase as I see fit. Im also going to add 100mgs of proviron a day until I run out

Morning ASF!

Last nights session went like this

Warmed up 1000 steps on the stair climber, heart rate around 130, shook the cold from my core and I was ready to go. I felt great last night I was pretty carbed up and full of PWO and 3 IML max pump extremes.

I went straight to it after warm ups with incline DB’s for explosive sets with a slow eccentric and deep stretch hold, my form felt perfect with great activation and explosive concentric motion
low incline bench DB 4 sets 70,80x2
flat bench DB 4sets 80x4
cable flies 2x15 each ROM low, mid, high

front delt raises ROM is side to overhead 20x3x15

rope press downs 3x15
rope over head ext 3x15
db forehead crushers 3x15

abs 3 sets to failure roman chair straight legged leg lifts

I’m pretty sore already this morning I had a cup of coffee, 1 cup fruit, 8oz egg whites so far

either way Im here, Im logging and its game on so when it does arrive there will be no hesitations!

Last night was leg night then “wataburger” a texas toast double meat, cheese w/ grilled onions a side of fries, and a humongous chocolate shake. fkkk yeahhh! I love leg days :)

No PWO last night, just some IML max pump extremes. Rob if you're reading this, bring those pills back, the powder just isnt the same :/
1. Stairclimber 1000 steps to warm up and break a good sweat
2. 3 sets of lighter weight on the laying leg curl machine, I like doing these first to get some blood in my hammies before i hammer quads
3. squats 5x 20 various weight
4. leg ext x4
5. adduct/abduct super sets x4
6. calves on the seated calve raise, and then I used a straight legged incline calve machine, I have no idea the actual name of it, but they were lit “fire in the hole” I always train calves with countless reps, I use my timer and run 2 minute sets and in between sets I stretch them or I do standing body weight calve raises, this is not for the faint of heart.

7. I hit the mats and stretched for a bit...


the night was not over though.... read on if you dare...



went home after wataburger and had some amazing sex with my woman, not that any of you really care, I know you fuckers are getting plenty of ass ...but heres the plot twist, we are going at it, and then BOOM!!! the whole right side of the bed collapsed LMAO...Im not even joking, the entire wood bed rail on one side just split in two, this is an expensive 4 post canopy bed too and it’s only 6 months old... crazy right? so we both STOPPED, looked at each other laughed and were like “fuck it" kept right at it! believe it or not, somehow I think it was an added bonus to an already good night LOL soon after we passed out ...anyway that was my night. I did prop it up with some DB’s so we could sleep on a level mattress, lol

Funny as hell! My oldest boy lives in Corpus and literally eats Whataburger every day. Now I see why. Whataburger must contain natural libido enhancers, lol

I’ll layout the current cardio in each session :) but atm the plan is 3x a week either HIIT or slow and steady stairclimber but thats likely subject to change depending on calorie intake and aesthetics

I’mnot sure but I think you maybe speaking about that little 30 minute "quad killer cardio workout" I put together :coffee:

bike 5 minutes HIIT
leg extensions 3 x1 minute sets
bike 5 minutes HIIT
leg curls 3x1 minute sets
bike 3 minutes HIIT
abductor 3x1 minute sets
bike 3 minutes HIIT
adductor 3x1 minute sets
