What's up everybody, long time no see. Figured it was time to fully resurrect this baby from the dead.

While prepping my meals for the week last night (24 of em), I got a spout of inspiration and am ready to kick things up a notch. I've been to content for too long. Complacency is mediocrity. And not gonna lie ... Helping out my boy Majere led to a little motivation for myself also. Thanks bud.

With that being said, I am starting off things slow. I learned my lesson from last time and don't need to abuse or overdo anything.

I have been cruising on 200mg test deconate and an occasional 100mg test prop shot mid week as a pick me up, so 2-300mg a week of test. This will remain.

One thing that I am adding in starting now is peps! I will be running 2mg cjc with dac weekly(2 pins) with 250mcg hex every night before bed. Also I am experimenting for fun with a little igf-1 des pre workout (50mcg split bi latterly).

Going train this afternoon, and although I already know what I'm going to eat (preparation is key) I will discuss my diet for the day this evening with how the gym and all that went in another post.

I have some big things planned, with even bigger results to come ..

Thanks for following :)

I actually ended up taking the day off from the gym! Body felt like it needed some rest. I have been doing a lot of self interpretation and basing my diet and lifting off how my body feels.
DIET:
-12oz greek yogurt, 1 oz almonds
-4oz 93/7 ground beef, 1 cup broccoli
-4oz 93/7 ground turkey, 1 cup broccoli
-4oz 93/7 ground beef, 1 cup broccoli
-4oz 93/7 ground turkey, 1 cup broccoli
-6 whole eggs
As I was saying, basically I am going to be doing everything by feel and experience. I have learned a lot about my body over the past 9-10 months, and I know what works for me and what doesn't. I respond greatly with a high fat and protein diet, with enough carbs just to fuel and recovery from my workouts.....so that is what I am going to be doing lol. Right now I am keeping the calories on the low side for now and plan on gradually bumping them up little by little as I need to. I have fat to lose and muscle to gain (don't we all?). Also basing on how I looked in the mirror this morning, I would say a little more on the fat to lose side haha.

GYM:
I am trying some new stuff in the gym. Some simple back to the basics heavy weight to failure training.
Had a quick session today. Get in do your job and get out. That's always how I go about training. High intensity makes me GROW.

Pinned 50mcg igf1 des split bi latterly into each pec immediately pre workout, then did some warming up and stretching and got to work.
I did 5 working sets to failure on every set of incline barbell bench, 5 working sets to failure on every set of leg extensions, and then 5 working sets to failure on every set of standing calf raises.

I start off the bat as heavy as possible, and always try to fail in the 5-9 rep range. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Each concurrent set I always either have to drop the weight a little bit or get less reps. If I can get more reps that the previous set, with the same weight, then something is wrong and I am not doing it right. I am not working my way up like most...I am working my way down. I can start keeping track of numbers for you guys in future sessions if truly curious.
In and out like nothing, a short - but effective day. Tomorrow I'm thinking deadlifts and rear delt work :)

Very glad I'm getting this show on the road again. Was truly disappointed when I looked at myself in the mirror yesterday morning, I let myself go a little too far. Looking through some previous pictures on this log helped spark some fire too. Ready to put what was done before to shame and truly evolve.
Will update diet when the day is done...taking my daughter to the fair tonight so maybe I'll eat one of those roasted corns and turkey legs lol.

I'm in the same boat with ya on the fat to lose thing. I just need to reset my metab some, bump cals up for a while then return to dieting.

Those turkey legs rock! You going to a Renaissance type festival....? We have one around here every year I attend. I save it for my cheat meal and go to town while I'm there, usually drink too many beers also, lol....

That's my plan exactly! And I know it works, for me at least. Plus while the calories gradually come up it's prime muscle building time.

No here where I live we have a festival every weekend it seems haha. Just this one is one of the bigger ones.
Lol I didn't think I needed a cheat meal since I just started back up like 4 days ago haha so I consider my turkey legs this weekend and a couple shiners a bad thing. But I had some much needed family bonding which I am continuing today :)

Will update fully when the weekend is over with fellas. Happy Labor Day.

back to reality

DIET:
-12oz greek yogurt, 1 oz almonds
-8oz 93/7 ground beef, 1 cup broccoli
-4oz 93/7 ground turkey, 1 cup broccoli
-2 scoops Divine Isolate, 1tbs EVOO
-4oz 93/7 ground turkey, 1 cup broccoli
-4oz chicken breast, 1.5cups spanish rice

Water intake has been 1/1.5 gals a day.

GYM:
(this is where it gets good lol)
It was Back/rear delt/bi day. I did 5 working sets to failure for each bodypart.

-barbell underhand bent over rows
-rope face pulls (these have done a lot for me lately)
-alternating dumbell curls

Okay so I wanted to try the igf-1 des in the bi's today. So I brought my pins to the gym and as soon as I finished face pulls I went in the bathroom and pinned bi laterally in the bi's - 45mcg each arm (upped the dose). WOAH. After about my third set I immeadiately told myself I HAD to measure my arms when I got home. I mean there was some noticeable size from an intense pump that caught my eye.

2-3 weeks ago (before des) post workout my arms were a solid 16.5. Yesterday post workout they were 17!!!!! I was so freaking pumped (literally lol) and I still am. Also today I have a very much noticeable difference in soreness to my bis. They hurt so good and as weird as it sounds bi's are a really hard muscle for me to train so I usually don't feel much from them afterwards. Well that changed today!

Let's be real, I know my arms didn't grow half an inch in half a month lol but even if it is just an extreme igf pump that much change in that little amount of time is incredible in my opinion. My goal has been 18's for the longest time (I'm only 5'6 by the way) and I am one step closer to reaching it :)

I've heard good stuff about the DES , never tried it personally. Have you tried any Peg MGF post workout? Been thinking of trying some....... looking for experienced opinions from someone that not a rep, lol, ya know?

No I haven't .. Mainly because I can't decide how I would want to run it.

2 guys I respect their opinions on, both disagree on each other's ways lol. One says to alternate igf and peg mgf blasts let's say 4 weeks of each back to back while another says to use igf on lifting days and peg mgf on off days.

I would have to do more reseat on my own before I gave it a try.
