Good. Same as u, super crazy schedule with work/travel/home and getting my training/meal Ed. The money is good but I definitely am chillin this weekend(besides training of course).

yeah man these guys are killing my bodybuilding gains lol it’s been 100 minimum out here for a couple weeks now. Peaked at 114 the other day. Working on an oil rig is physical work and I can’t even begin to eat enough to put on more weight, and then training is a drag!! Really hard to find the energy after 12 hours in this weather, I’m only lifting at the gym like 3 times a week but luckily work is a workout itself


take it easy this weekend and have a breather, I know I am. Be safe out there bro!
