Hey everyone, new to the forum. I’m generally not really a big online presence, but I love to exchange ideas and have conversations with people who know their shit.
I’m 34 years old and I’ve been in the gym on and off since I was 16 (more accurately, I’ve been lifting since I was 16, I’ve actually been working out much longer). I’ve gone through several different phases in which I’ve trained for a variety of different goals. I also boxed for a while.
Anyway, I did my first cycle at 30, and I’ve done 4 since. I learned a lot about my body from each cycle, as well as from each recovery phase. I’m still learning a lot about this area. I can admit what I don’t know and I’m interested in learning.
