What's going on gentlemen after about a year and half off of gear, I'm jumping back (attempting) running the same cycle. For those who don't know, I was peaking and crushing goals, then blew out my elbow. I couldn't even lift my boys. So I took an extensive time off, rehabbed, and started lifting a few months this ago. My strength is getting there as well as my size with no major setbacks so far, continuously pushing. I've become better at listening and taking care of my body, as well as lowering my ego a little bit. So this is my personal log to gain some glory.

Test e 500mg/wk 2x week (I have unused bottles from jpal)
Npp 350mg/wk pin eod (from the great GC)
Sdrol 20mg for about 6 weeks (from jpal). I also have Var on hand in case I want to switch
ai to be taken when needed.

Supps
Liver support
Taurine
Creatine
B12
Plandemic (from gymntonic) for immuno health
Accutane 20mg daily

Also I have HEAL which is the bpc157/tb500 in case of any flair ups

Day 1 on pin 3/23 - HELLO virgin muscles lol.. the npp from GC was smooth, no pip. I used 27g .5inch for deltoid IM. Previously, I used NPP (from a different source, which i had a reaction to the carrier oil, i believe), and I would lump up immediately and had to stop using it after a few weeks, so I'm excited to see the full potential of this cycle.

The pin for the test e in the glute was good as well however I did have a little knot later that day. Small discomfort but I haven't hit a needle in some time.

Day 3 (3/25 second pinning day) npp pin used 1 inch 25g deltoid IM to compare to the first shot. I almost hit my deltoid with my 20g draw needle (pressed to the skin until i saw the size of the damn thing lol) since the base is yellow and my 27g base is light grey but in certain lighting can look yellow

My training will be a basic 6-12 reps focused on slow tempo and TUT.

Food - going w 1.5g/bw for protein, 25% of cal fat and rest carbs. Increasing calories over time. Starting at 2500. For a steady bulk

Stats- 6'2" 220 age 35. This is my fourth cycle overall.

Overall goal of this cycle is to just get better in every way.

Anyone that wants to join and ride my journey, welcome. I'll make mistakes and might have setbacks but I'm ready.

A few more days of pinning npp and another round of test. Besides some tenderness I can move around fine which Is a good sign to run this cycle as intended.

Last time I ran sdrol I took it everyday regardless of a lifting day or not, is this wasted gear? I cant recall half life of sdrol.

Also what do you guys do to heat up a prefilled syringe?. I normally don't prefill and just heat up the oil with hot water then draw into the syringe and inject, but I know I'll need to prefill a few times.

And like clock work, my 6 yr old is sick this morning so took care of him instead if the gym but I'll get to the gym tomorrow.

Lastly I'll take 10mg of cialis eod to help with blood pressure.

Hair dryer is a great way to warm up the oil in syringes, it’s usually what I do. I don’t like prefilling syringes though and letting them set.

Thanks man. I'm hoping to stay away from preloading them but with scheduling I know I'll be in need atleast a few times.

Got to the gym. My little man's fever was 102 and broke last night.

Took 20mg of sdrol as a preworkout.

Although I took 1g of taurine the forearm pump completely fatigued me out after the second exercise. I pounded water and adjusted my grips and was able to get the workout done. Pic is from about an hour after the work out.

Today did chest and bis. Went to maximize strength however the Forearms kinda killed that.

Dumbbell flat press 135 5 4 4 80b 10 7 7
Ez bar curl 60b 12 reps 5 sets
Incline db alternate 70b 5 sets 8 reps
Bicep curls db 40 5 sets
Db flies 50b w push ups 10,5 2 sets
Cable Incline flies 2 sets
Hammer curls cable 2 sets

Thanks brother, I'm thrilled to be pushing the iron again.

Something I've noticed these last two pins to the delts, which have been npp. I save the glutes for the more volume test, but when I break the skin w needle and go in, my delt would involuntarily twitch. Only once nothing more and no after effects. It's with a 1 inch 25g. I have a few 1/2 inch 27g maybe I'll give that a shot next npp shot which is Friday.

Lat pulls machine alt 135 3x8s 90s bi 10 w holds negative eccentric 2 sets
Triangle pull downs 70b 4x8-10 w drop set on last one 27.5
Db Rev flies 12.5b 10 ww ss Bent over ez bar 110b 7 3 sets
Sh to hip 42.5b 3x10

I will say after pinning npp and the non pip of after issues, I honestly forget which delt I pinned, which is fantastic, shout out to GC for that!

My glutes although don't hurt there is still a lump for a few days, I'm thinking Mayne I need a 1.5 needle instead of 1 inch.

Yesterday was shit. My son had a flare up coughing fit all Night Friday, took him to urgent care then was rushed to the ER for Pneumonia and since his o2 levels won't stay above 95 and were in the low 90s. Thankfully they stabilized him and we came home, so I really didn't eat much at all.

Today, he's acting completely normal and after a recheck of o2 levels we are good.

Overall, at certain times i feel my face getting really flushed, which I assume is my blood pressure, so I started taking Cialis more frequently to EOD instead of E3D

Dude - so glad to see you back. I’m still alive believe it or not. I’ve been off everything for about six months. Had two heart attacks last year and diagnosed with leukemia but hey they can’t keep a good man down lol. Hell I’ll turn 65 this year but I’m getting ready for a mega-cycle here soon. Wtf. My parents are dead, been married and divorced x3, no kids, no pets so not much reason for me to be hanging around anyway. I’m going to find out what a worn out old body can do. Last two years have been stagnant for me with no changes in my body hardly at all so its definitely harder to put on muscle when you’re older. I think I need to run some high doses to get any benefit. Maybe test and hgh in mass quantities will help. Orals have an immediate negative impact on my kidneys so will try and avoid them. Anyway brother, warms my heart to see you back at it. You’re one of the only people I talk to on here because it’s obvious you have your act together. Best of luck with your cycle man and will be following for sure!

My current schedule im hitting the gym 3/4 days a week, I would love to increase it to 5/6 but I just can't get it to work. Regardless I make sure everything is on point and hit some drop sets to failure.

I was carrying the couch today and my Forearms seized up like crazy, given I didn't hit alot of water in the morning as I normally do

Weight is 232 right now and def filling out. I love hitting the iron and the alpha feeling.

I've been really thinking about stopping the npp early like 7 weeks and jumping on a short tren cycle to give it a run and experience it

. Any thoughts or harm doing this? It would be my first experience with it.

Still hitting everything via calories and macros. Pinning has good smooth. No issues with npp. I did order 1.5 for the glutes to hopefully help with the lingering knot days after injection.

At this point only 3 weeks in even tho it feels longer but excited about the growth opportunities.

I'm still contemplating adding tren and running that for 8 weeks. So that would mean prob dropping the npp after 6 weeks.

The Accutane I'm currently using is damn effective. Maybe a little too much at 20mg bc I'm drying out, so I will be dropping down to 10mg. Accutane is from a once sponsor here and my go to for a few things, amino assulym. Taste like a bitch tho

Also noticed some sensitivity on rt nipple and a small lump. I am gyno prone so I'll start some nolva as well to reduce symptoms.

Update strength is just blowing up. The db bench 135 for 5s I'm now doing 145 for 5s. I've been mixing in low reps high weight and high Reps lower weight w drop sets. My issue last cycle was strength went too quick adding to my elbow pain/issues, so I'm trying to throw in a mix instead of hitting 5x5s or 5,3,1s everytime.

Tomorrow I'll start increasing calories from 2500 to 2750 mainly adding carbs as my current macro mix is p315,c220,f65

What I need to get better at is prepping instead of making everything at time to eat. If I'm running late it's putting me in a bind of double eating on my next meal.

Welp had to choose to be a good, caring husband or go to the gym. I was about to leave, just waiting in my wife to get ready, and she had a small mental break. (Back story her dad's death anniversary was yesterday) and we were pretty busy yesterday to really soak that in, I'm guessing it came out today as nothing was good enough clothes wise and she just crashed.. she told me to go but in my heart I couldn't leave.... fucking empathy.

Today I was hunger for Iron. Mainly bench. I refrain from a lot of benching bc of my injury history but I couldn't help it. A week before cycle my max was 315. About 3.5 weeks into this cycle I hit 315 for 5 and 345 2. I was pretty impressed. I know the motion of chest pressing is still helping my bench but I didn't expect a jump like that.
