What's going on gentlemen after about a year and half off of gear, I'm jumping back (attempting) running the same cycle. For those who don't know, I was peaking and crushing goals, then blew out my elbow. I couldn't even lift my boys. So I took an extensive time off, rehabbed, and started lifting a few months this ago. My strength is getting there as well as my size with no major setbacks so far, continuously pushing. I've become better at listening and taking care of my body, as well as lowering my ego a little bit. So this is my personal log to gain some glory.
Test e 500mg/wk 2x week (I have unused bottles from jpal)
Npp 350mg/wk pin eod (from the great GC)
Sdrol 20mg for about 6 weeks (from jpal). I also have Var on hand in case I want to switch
ai to be taken when needed.
Supps
Liver support
Taurine
Creatine
B12
Plandemic (from gymntonic) for immuno health
Accutane 20mg daily
Also I have HEAL which is the bpc157/tb500 in case of any flair ups
Day 1 on pin 3/23 - HELLO virgin muscles lol.. the npp from GC was smooth, no pip. I used 27g .5inch for deltoid IM. Previously, I used NPP (from a different source, which i had a reaction to the carrier oil, i believe), and I would lump up immediately and had to stop using it after a few weeks, so I'm excited to see the full potential of this cycle.
The pin for the test e in the glute was good as well however I did have a little knot later that day. Small discomfort but I haven't hit a needle in some time.
Day 3 (3/25 second pinning day) npp pin used 1 inch 25g deltoid IM to compare to the first shot. I almost hit my deltoid with my 20g draw needle (pressed to the skin until i saw the size of the damn thing lol) since the base is yellow and my 27g base is light grey but in certain lighting can look yellow
My training will be a basic 6-12 reps focused on slow tempo and TUT.
Food - going w 1.5g/bw for protein, 25% of cal fat and rest carbs. Increasing calories over time. Starting at 2500. For a steady bulk
Stats- 6'2" 220 age 35. This is my fourth cycle overall.
Overall goal of this cycle is to just get better in every way.
