Help with cycle to an older person 55

@tommygunz - I prefer the lower the better.

TRT is about assisting yourself when your test is low. You assign your self by taking test and keeping it with the normal ranges.

This why when TRT down properly, there is no need for HCG or IA.

Maximising your benefit with the lowest possible dosage.


As to taking 300-500mg. That will be a 3rd cycle.

First will be 250 mg a week for 10-12 weeks.

Back to TRT training for 10-12 weeks
Then 2nd cycle 350 mg a week 10-12 weeks
Etc

You can do good 5 cycle just on testosterone with great results.
The reason I like this because it's simple , I will get lost with too many components.

I will be here everyday asking for help and nagging 🤣.

I just eat bacon and eggs , makes me feel better 🤣.

I think my main issue is diet:

Notice that my calories amount is far too low.
I eat around 2000 and that's probably didn't help with sickness, I found that in the last 3-4 weeks I was more tired and not motivated.
I am 186 cm 106kg need to eat more. Especially when I try to push heavy.

Hoping my new coach and I will be able to resolve this issue. I don't know what it is but I can go without food for 15-20 hours.
Give me water and black coffee and I am good.
Yeah the immune system is all made up of proteins. So when you lifting and doing a cycle your body is robbing the immune system proteins to build muscle - ergo you get sick. 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight daily.

I would try the Deca if I were you. I am 52 and I think the Deca was necessary for me. Chronic joint pain is so much improved since I added the Deca. Even 200 mg / wk just for the joints.

200 mg/wk for me will be massive.
I want to stay within the normal range or testosterone level.
Until my training and diet working for me.
And feedback from Coach is positive.

200mg of Deca per week is not a lot.

It's maybe not a lot but for TRT it is.
The good thing is that years of doing exercises such as kettlebells, walking helped my joints. I don't struggle at this stage with joints pain.
