Get Shredded!
Hi guys. I need help with my dosing. I have clen and its labeled 200 mcg x 30ml. It didn't come with a measurable dropper. So idk how to properly measure. I'll have to buy a 1 ml dropper I guess. But how would you measure it in increments of 20 mcg ? I need all the help I can get.

I would buy an oral dropper. Its difficult to be accurate with a 3ml syringe. And with clen, accuracy is VERY important.

Its simple math just don't over complicate it man! Also .5ml and 1ml syringes are the easiest

Tbh means "to be honest" it's not an Instagram thing but a text term/anonym gramps... For iG it's throwback thursday = #tbt... That wouldn't have even worked if you read the context or the fact that there's no hashtag or even different letters....
Tbh isn't an Instagram thing unless you just use the text shortcut for to be honest in your text

You wrote tbt.

Tbh was around BEFORE ig. Same with tbt.

Your phone (or brain) wrote tbt instead of tbh.

I was making a joke. Sorry I didn't write "lol jk."

Ffs I grew up in the 90's bro, we were the fuckin pioneers of lazy Internet slang.

Along with that, if you start using hashtags on IM, I will have you exiled to bop. Or ntbm.

All time. I'm like a old man in a younger mans body. Technology and I don't mix very well. Lucky I can figure out my phone.

Computer geeks used acronyms as part of regular speech back in the 60's, and I'm sure the military used it wayyyyy before that.

I'm an 80s kid. I actually remember when the internet was new. AOL ring a bell? lol. And the only acronyms I know are "A/S/L" from the chat rooms. hahahaha

I've been in the military for 10 years and every day I hear a new 1. They mass produce them. I swear every morning the bigwigs have a acronym meeting. Just make up a new 1 and piss me
