I'm new here. I'm currently a fat pig. Since January I've been recovering from 6 months doing nothing but eating fast food after my torn hamstring, tendons, LCL, and meniscus from jiu jitsu. I fucked up. I gave up. I was depressed and so on. But I'm back now.

Male / 37 yo / 6'1" / 235 lbs

My walking weight was 215 lbs still with some fat. Now I'm 235, since January went from 255. It was a lot of water from the bad diet, but I did work hard and kept my diet one hundred percent about 90% of the time.
I sleep a lot. Too much. My recovery is shit. I have low energy, fog, low mood, throughout the day.
My main goal is to improve my quality of life, get confident, smash motherfuckers on the mats, and become an assasin.

I like this forum.

Welcome to ASF brother! That injury sounds horrible. They are difficult to bounce back from, not just physically: obviously, this took an emotional toll on you as you weren't able to train and do what you're passionate about.

Have you ever run any Anabolics at all?

What are you looking to get from the forum?

I believe most people would agree with me. It sounds like you need to get back into the gym and get into a routine down as well as eating better before considering using anything. You should lose the additional 25-40 pounds you've put on lately.

Then, we can recommend a cycle SPECIFIC TO YOU; going with a cookie cutter beginner cycle at 500mgs Testosterone per week isn't always best. It depends on a number of factors what people will recommend.

I want to gain knowledge on how to do this thing. It's hard to get prescription from legit source when your T He's not below the range even if it's just a few points.

Likely I'm halfway there. Just the thing is that I struggle every single day with tiredness and low mood. It's really hard to push yourself through if every day is like that.
I do not have depression though. I see psychiatrist and psychologist regularly and they ruled it out.

It looks like 500 mg is the standard here. I know most of the people here are purely bodybuilders, but that's not my goal.
I think I would benefit from smaller doses considering my goals.

You can pin a smaller amount if you chose depending on what your goal is. It sounds as you want your raise your testosterone some to see if it makes you feel better and gives you more energy? I don't see whats wrong with starting with a smaller dose.

Exactly. My goal is to lose weight and have nice and lean physique. My goal isn't to bulk up. I'm also a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and I would want to be in the weight class below 200 pounds, that is 90 kg.

Then, only add 50mg or 100mg 2x a week added to what you test is natural like was stated in the other thread. Give it 5 - 6 weeks. Do blood work see where you are and adjust from there. Thats my suggestion.
