I'm new here. I'm currently a fat pig. Since January I've been recovering from 6 months doing nothing but eating fast food after my torn hamstring, tendons, LCL, and meniscus from jiu jitsu. I fucked up. I gave up. I was depressed and so on. But I'm back now.
Male / 37 yo / 6'1" / 235 lbs
My walking weight was 215 lbs still with some fat. Now I'm 235, since January went from 255. It was a lot of water from the bad diet, but I did work hard and kept my diet one hundred percent about 90% of the time.
I sleep a lot. Too much. My recovery is shit. I have low energy, fog, low mood, throughout the day.
My main goal is to improve my quality of life, get confident, smash motherfuckers on the mats, and become an assasin.
