Ok. I've been doing low carb and higher protein for around 2 months. I know not much of a diet. But thought it'd help some.Obviously diet (including healthy fats), but Cirtus Bergamot gives you a small boost, regulate blood pressure, insulin levels, more cardio or activity, etc,
The thing you have to watch out for is LDL. Low HDL comes with PED's. Just how it is.
So grateful you chimed in. Last HDL seemed "low".. and now I understand why.Obviously diet (including healthy fats), but Cirtus Bergamot gives you a small boost, regulate blood pressure, insulin levels, more cardio or activity, etc,

High consistent high levels. Probably the largest factor in correlation to heart disease we know about. Almost every study and meta-analysis shows a linear correlation. So grateful you chimed in. Last HDL seemed "low".. and now I understand why.
Now, when you say "watch out for LDL", what specifically are we watching for?
Know I can count on you for education. Thanks, K.High consistent high levels. Probably the largest factor in correlation to heart disease we know about. Almost every study and meta-analysis shows a linear correlation.
Blood work before this test everything looked good then this one looks bad. With your total cholesterol levels as low as they are i am not surprised that HDL is low as well. Generally seems hard to raise HDL on such low cholesterol levels. As very low cholesterol levels are linked to shortened life span in many studies i try not to let mine get to low.
