Get Shredded!
Blood donation can not only promote human metabolism, enhance immunity and disease resistance but also stimulate the human body bone marrow hematopoietic organs, make it always maintain a youthful period as vigorous hematopoietic state, received the effect of longevity, and can prevent arteriosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases and even reduce the occurrence of cancer.

But some people think blood donation doesn’t have so many benefits .Blood donation can lead to increased breathing and heart rate, pallor and mild cold sweats, dizziness or nausea.

Of course, I know that those who donate blood without compensation are worthy of respect. But what do you think of the benefits mentioned in the publicity of blood donation without compensation.

Have you ever donated blood for free ? How do you feel ?

I sincerely hope that everyone here that indulges in this lifestyle makes donating blood regularly a routine priority.

I as well just donated last week. Mine was to high (20). It finally dropped to 19 and they let me donate. On the third day from donation I feel great, not sluggish and the old lady says I'm not that crabby. I don't notice anything in working out though. Maybe not breathing as hard. It's all good ,I hope I helped save a life.

Funny enough donated today, first time. Iron level was 16. I did it for my own reasons, yes - blood viscosity - but also for altruistic reasons.......nice nurse at the donation place said my pint of blood will probably end up saving or helping 2-3 people. Anyways, she described it like an "oil change". It was def a shit load of blood though that got pulled out.....fucking pint's worth. Was odd looking at the bag full of my blood.

Im gonna go again in 56 days and keep going on that pattern from here on out to keep viscosity in check.

only done it a couple of times and it was awful, never do it again unless it was necessary to help a family member.

Same. Apparently the red stuff is supposed to stay inside me.

I do it every 8 weeks - my HCT has remained stable but I'm on TRT doses only. Its a great practice - I suspect it lowers cholesterol as well

What other options do we have to keep our blood 'thin' other then donating blood?

I hate doing it.

Donated this week. Keeps my Hematacrit in check and helps people. Have donated for years, most years more frequently than 56 days to keep things rolling.

I did a month ago ...I was getting headaches and my BP was high so I thought maybe the eq and gear was raising my BP ...before they take your blood they test rbc , if it's too high they won't accept it ...mine was perfect optimal lol so I left confused about my high BP .The next week I stopped my monster habit and pwo drinks .Week later it was almost normal .
