Orange shits is an understatement. It's orange oily shits. Know what happens to the fat that the medicine helped you not to absorb? You shit it out. Sometimes, nay, oftentimes unintentionally. You will have oily shitty skidmarks in your underwear.

If unintentionally squirting out tablespoons of oily shit throughout the day sounds appealing to you then I recommend it.
Can't say anything about effectiveness because I stopped taking it after like a week or so.

As a lifelong obese person, I recommend you just get on GLPs and start tracking what you eat.
