I just started using jasmine rice. It’s got a better taste. I feel like my digestion is better now that I switched over
Most definitely..only rice I eat..I tried basmati but didn't care for it

Smashed some biceps today.

I had to push through cardio… after 30 mins my brain was telling me I couldn’t go anymore… so I kept telling my self 5 more mine… 5 more mins until I made it 2 60 min lol fuck u brain I won that battle. Little bastard 🤣

I use the excel I have the lure tips I switch out. I use 27g to pin with and 25 draw. But the plunger is way easier to read then these things
I believe I have some nipro too.i need to get more tips

Ha! I totally understand and have made past mistakes “not” getting BD ! I only use BD now (except at one point during pandemic , I had to use excel slin pins because the BD 1ml syringes were sold out everywhere! I couldnt understand how or why but, I know now. The hospitals and surgery center were stockpiling syringes needles and 0.9 Sodium Chloride IV bags …BIgtime : McKesson- Cardinal Health and AmerisourceBergen are the top three drug and medical suppliers in the USA and they were all out and they distribute to all the Big Box Stores .

the difference is in how/how much it affects post-meal blood sugar.
We are talking about small diversities, being all rice anyway.

I use basmati during the day and jasmine post-workout.

In the end, eat what you like best, you will eat more and with more taste

Switching to night shifts suck...I would hit gym around 3 and go str8 to work afterwards when I worked 4- 2am.

Night work is the worst. Thank gps it’s only a week. But tomorrow is ganna be the worst of all the days.. I gatta go in at 9am and I won’t be leaving the job (that’s an hour away from my house) until 6am Tuesday. The rest of the week is ganna suck too but not like tomorrow

Just got done getting my lab work done. Fasted 15 hours and didn’t take any orals or oils before I went

The chick I’ve been sleeping with stayed over last night. She finally discovered the juice and orals I have on my kitchen counter lol. Didn’t seem to bother her none. 100 different questions but she don’t care.🤷‍♂️

They gave me the tzatziki sauce but I didn’t eat it. I think it’s sour cream or something i don’t do sour cream . Rest of it was banging thiugh

Hell no ! It’s not sour crema unless your Americanizing it .

I use plain Greek yogurt (high protein) cucumber, garlic , dice finely , mint & dill , some like to also add Feta cheese to their meal . My favorite is just Lamb Souvlaki (leg Of Lamb Chunks over Jasmine Rice ) or a lamb Burger .

I don’t think it’s Americanized. The owner was definitley Greek. Very thick accent. The chick I went with told me it had sour cream in it. She was probably wrong… woman usually are 🤣

Huh, maybe some Greek restaurants do but I assure you , I’ve been to Greece and the Greek islands (Mykonos and Santorini ) , had Octopus charred and sliced , over Ouzo Flambé and it was delicious, all my meals . Maybe they use it here but not there.

Either way it’s all good because your not adding extra fat calories (which when I’m on certain diets , I avoid some dairy fats at or near taking my shot or Thyroid medication.

I even like the Gyros or lamb shawarma off the Halal Carts in NY !! Delicious

Haven’t been in the gym since Monday. I feel. Nasty lol. Last night was the last night of over nights… I probably got 5 total hours of sleep in the last 3 days so I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow.

liver a little high, but nothing to worry about. did you take the exam after working out at the gym?

I would lower estrogen rather than liver values
