Weight this morning was 189lb

My diet isn’t the greatest I probably go off plan 2 times a week so losing this belly fat probably isn’t ganna happen right now. I lack the discipline not to eat. Food is life lol. I can bulk well but soon as u start taking food from me I panic haha.

Fasted again this morning… I think I’m ganna try this from here out… considering I have no self control and can’t stay on diet maybe eliminating my first meal will help…

Also increasing movement. Ganna shoot for 50-60 min of cardio a day.

Guys at my gym that compete say if you are comfortable posing u r not doing it right lol
It’s so uncomfortable doing haha. 2 reason for me personally…

1 i fucking suck at it haha.

And

2 it definitley exposes all your weak points which can be a kick in the balls sometimes haha

Looking good bro. I don't know what you do for a living but I saw you on a piece of equipment. I'm an electrician and I usually have to put in the underground with an excuvator because not to many others know how to operate it. Let me warn you if you ever take some orals like anavar and get the lower back pumps it makes for a miserable day on that machine. Lol, but keep up the good work

I lay pipe for work. Sanitary/ storm sewer/ water main. My old company we demo a live electric vault because my boss is retarded 🤣 that was some scary shit haha

Same..tattoo f it up w me..but when I measured it before it was a tad bigger..I been working on it ever since..

I think the one with the ink is bigger and has more definition. My left looks a lot weaker to me. Everything on my right arm seems bigger to me. It is my dominant arm though

I had to use nipro pins today… aparently i didn’t order excel when I ordered months ago. These pins suck lol. Very sturdy but u can’t read them that well. The plunger is just a huge black blob… I ordered more excel today so what ever I’ll use them the next couple days then get rid of the other 85 of them lol


Workout was nice today. Used some of gym n tonics pre work out. Had me feeling nice.

Yessir! Shits good. I only half scooped it. It’s got 300gram of caffine in it. Lol I would be trying to climb the walls. Half scoop was perfect for me. Good flavor too.
