Doing a log for my cut this summer. I’m not competing and I’m prettty new to the AAS world for those that didn’t know ….I’ll be running all PSL products again.

Current weight-176lb
Goal- to lose as much body fat as possible and hang on to what little bit of muscle I have…My stomach holds like all my body fat it sucks. I’m pretty lean every where else.

Gear I’ll be using

PSL test cyp-500mg/week for 15weeks
PSL tren ace- 300mg/week for 15weeks
PSL Proviron - 25mg/ED for 15week
PSL anavar- 50mg ED beginning week 6
PSL cialis- 10mg/ED for 15week
PSL clen- 50-120mcg/ daily (I’ll stop when I feel a little speedy)


AI on deck …

PSL Adex
PSL Aromasin

Post cycle will consist of

PSL nolvadex
PSL clomid

I just had dental surgery 2 weeks ago so my weight dropped 10lbs in the last 2 weeks from not being able to eat much. I’m finally able to eat some kind of normal things… fish… rice… chilli… and burgers if I bird feed my self. I’ll get a starting pick tomorrow.

I’ll be eating as much as possible the next 2 weeks then slowly start removing food after the 2 week mark.

Nice haul. Little twik and you have a perfect cycle.

300 test
300 Tren
300 Masteron. It works extremely well with the tren/test combo and will help with estrogen issues so you dont have to take that garbage AI's. I never do.

I’ll have to try that next time. Thanks bro! I’m hoping I won’t need much of an aI with the Provi. I’ll pull labs in 5-6 weeks and go off how I feel before I take anything.

I have never run clen before,like @Wiseguy said I thought can prob feel a bit much,I planned on running clen either before or after tren..

I never used clen before either. The heart rate was the only thing I was worried about too. I’ll be starting at 20mcg and increasing 20mcg every 3 days until I find a spot with a little bit of sides and I’ll hold there. I’ll just have to be mindful through out the day.

I never used clen before either. The heart rate was the only thing I was worried about too. I’ll be starting at 20mcg and increasing 20mcg every 3 days until I find a spot with a little bit of sides and I’ll hold there. I’ll just have to be mindful through out the day.
Just remember you don’t have to get the shakes or any of the sides in order for the Clen to work. Clen works perfectly fine with zero sides at 40mcg. Now guys don’t get any sides or feel anything and think Clen is too low, wrong. They bump it up until they get shakes, HBP and very high heart rate and think that’s when it works, wrong again.
Expect to burn an extra 300 to 350 calories per day on Clen and that’s it. So if you choose to have a slice of pizza while running that Clen, you just ate the calories you burned.
Clen can be very dangerous. Be careful

Oh shit I didn’t know that. Everything I read said wait until you feel the sides then stop at that dose. I’m ganna not take my approach and try this. Great info

At 120mcg along with Tren you can do some serious damage. I never go over 40mcg and compete regularly.
Do you split that 40mcg into multiple doses? For example every 4hours take 10mcg?

I start Clen as low as 20mcg and leave it there until I'm not losing weight. Then I'll up to 40mcg. I've never gone over 60mcg before 👍

What's diet and training looking like?
My diet will look something like this 2 weeks from now

-pre work out meal
3 whole eggs
50 gram white rice


-Post workout meal

1cup egg white
1whole egg
Handful apinach
100g watermelon

-mid morning snack
1 banana

-lunch
6oz salmon
100g white rice
150g pineapple

-mid day snack
1whole banana

-dinner
8oz salmon
100g white rice
150g pineapple

Calorie count around 2300 daily
I feel like I need more protein added though.IMG_5242.png

I'm not a dietitian or coach..but yest I would Def add more protein.

Not a bad idea. I was trying to get rid of protein powder though. Running on a budget took out a loan to get my dental work done so moneys ganna be a little tight.

Maybe I’ll add some more egg whites somewhere in there for more protein

I usually buy the store brand. I think the weiss brand is like 4 somethin. I forget

Clen, you can tell its working by your body temp... should be a little elevated when clen is working.
Hate the stuff.
