Hair Transplant?

Has anyone here ever had a hair transplant, specifically a FUE transplant? I have used Finasteride for many years with decent success but the last year has been rough on my hairline. I know the cost is high, 15K or more but I can afford it so its not the cost I am worried about, just the results. When I was 24, I had a Rhinoplasty and it was probably the best money I have ever spent So I was hoping someone here has either had one or knows someone who has. Thanks in advance.

20 years ago a friend of mine had a hair transplant. He was completely bald with the exception of the sides and back of his head. I don't know much about the procedure, but I do know he still has a head full of hair today.
