Homies... I am on day 4 of Semaglutide from GymNTonic. I will be posting updates etc as I go through this process. I am running .25mg a week for at least 12 weeks

Shot was painless and I’m feeling the appetite suppression kick in. I have been experiencing a bit of nausea but that’s mainly been since my portions were too big. I have been focusing on much smaller portions the last two days and the nausea hasn’t been bad at all.

So far so good and this is a quality product by GymNTonic and I’m looking forward to seeing the results. I will weigh myself at end of week but we will see then. This is a cool product, it legit makes appetite go away

A few people in my family use Wegovy . So I found out what they use . 1 was just from Type 2 diabetes but the other two are getting compounded because Novo is out .

The injections- they used .25 ; then went up . One takes 2mg another takes 1 mg . My ARNP-C, is a female specialist (really smart 26yr exp .
I asked her all about Rybelsus/Wegovy and the compounded bio similar; she said , “ It works so well that you would be amazed Max ! “

But she warned me that anyone I train and refer to her , “tell them that if they don’t get their diet under control during their use , every pound will come back “. So they need to get their diet right .

So cool that wes has it . I actually need to find out when the new items are coming in

That’s a good point. The one thing this has shown me so far is portion control. That’s always been my biggest thing, not eating frequently enough and then having a giant meal. Even if it’s on clean side, it’s still too big. Now I’m really doing smaller meals throughout day. Very cool he has this product and it’s lab tested etc. need to try some more of his products

Sorry for delay... I really hate using scale. When I was a kid, my father would put me on there, call me fat and start snorting. Yeah it was a rough time in parts

With that being said, I do believe in sharing wins because it will help others, the GymNTonic site and help me overcome fears.

I’m currently 24 days into GymNTonic Sema and down 6lbs. I’m still running AG Sust and NPP and my weight is coming down and strength going up. When I started I am just over 6’4 and weighed 247. I’m now down to 241. My diet has been better, not amazing but portion control is on point. I’m down one belt size and shirts are fitting much better

Im using .125 mgs and the nausea is awful
I didnt eat a single bite of food all day yesterday/ Today I was insanely hungry as result.
This stuff is 1000000% legit. My God, the nausea feels like ur gonna puke ur brains out. But im down 5lbs in a week and my abs look fuckin insane. They are bulging and lean. I got a blow job and sex 3x this week from my gf. That might be a record.

My wife is dropping about a pound every 2 days now. And she is already skinny and she eats like crap but she eats about 1/2 meal a day and one protein shake. That’s it.

The cool part is I can throw her around. Shes 5'3 and 100lbs on semaglutide

Normally she eats like a pig. She calls herself a "foodie"...on this she never eats. And she gets tiny. Her ass shrinks. She has implants to breasts dont decrease but honesly when she weighs 100lbs its kinda weird.
