I don't know a soul who leaves the gym without feeling like the weights were taken from my body and left on the rack. My mind becomes calm. My body starts to rebuild. and the cycle repeats every time I go.

The only other place I feel this way is in nature. You can just be quiet and listen to the sounds and life around you.

Being out of center affects everyone. Balance in life is one thing I had to learn over and over again.

I hope you can find your center of balance again. You help everyone else find theirs.
