ALright I admit it I hate most green veggies. I literally cant stomach most of them. I do like spinach and mild green veggies like that but I hate most green and a lot of other veggies. I was just looking for a product that could help me supplement my lack of veggie intake. I know you cant rely on these supps but I also know it would help me a great deal. TIA everyone!

Give it a try for 30 days and see if you notice a difference with how you feel day to day.

Do you make protein shakes? It's not hard to throw in a few cups of kale or spinach into the blender with your shake. As long as I'm getting in green leafy veggies every day I feel like that's enough (for me).
