Friend, for the first time you said you didn't receive the parcel, even though the tracking number showed the parcel was delivered, i still choose to trust what you said, and i confirmed with you about your address again, then arranged a reship parcel with 10% freebies to compensate.

I had told our shipper to be very careful to use the correct address you sent, and he did, he checked your address 3 times when shipping your parcel the second time, while you still said you didn't get the parcel, now we can only doubt that the address you offered had problem, so sorry we can't offer refund as requested.

Ok are we going to do this here let’s go. First time your shipper switch the zip code. You are right it did get delivered But to a similar address on that zip code. That’s not on me that’s on you.
Let’s not get in too all the time I spent checking my mail box, because I was told it was reshipped when it really wasnt.
And finally when it was actually reshipped your shipper added a directional letter to the address sending and delivering it to the other side of town. So yeah they go delivered just not to the guy that it’s was supposed to be delivered to.
Also I should point out that I know this details about what happened. Because I actually went to the post office to see what happened when the packages showed delivered and weren’t on my mail box

It’s funny how my address is a problem address when letters get added to it or the wrong zip code gets used. But not when packages have the correct address.
