Got my BP meds

Was able to get bystolic 10 mg tabs and telmisartan 20 mg tabs.

I know I can take the full tab or just split them as well so as to take half the dose.

Which should I take first and stick to first to determine if that one will be suffice and not have to use the other one.. Which has better benefits?

Should I take bystolic or telmisartan?

My average BP is between 135 to 150 OVER 90 with a heart rate of average 90 to 98.

I would start with 5mg Nebivolol (Bystolic). Your BP isn't outlandishly high. The Nebivolol will also hit the high resting heart rate.
