What’s up guys so I’ll have progress pics tomorrow cause that’s my check in day but for now 5’ 11” just on trt 200mgs a week one 1/2 cc Monday’s 1/2 cc Thursday’s. Also taking 10g creatine a day but that’s about it. Once I get some money stacked up will introduce a couple compounds.

Meal 1:
2 scoops whey 50g
2tbsp PB
1 cup Blueberries all blended
Meal 2: pre workout 50g whey isolate shake

Meal 3: post workout
6 oz chicken breast
8 oz jasmine rice
1 cup green beans
1 cup pineapple
2 tbsp Gary Hughes

Meal 4:
6 oz chicken breast
1 cup green beans
1oz almonds

Meal 5:
5 while eggs
2 egg whites
2 tbsp PB
1 cup spinach
1 oikos zero yogurt


Legs are today heading out in a few so I will update the workout after. Hopefully everyone will follow along and give input advice comments etc. like you all did with my log on my old account lets get it guys!!

Todays workout also did abs and 20 minutes of cardio 5 minutes HIIT 15 of LISS

Morning guys

209 flat outta bed today probabaly the lightest I’ve been in 2 years this is going to be my 4th week into the diet. I feel lighter abs tighter still got a long way to go. Below are gunna be some pics abs today is a rest day might go do some cardio though

What’s up guys get some solid sleep for once thank god. Get to see my daughter for a little tiday so workout will be a little later. Chest and triceps with abs and cardio is on the menu and all meajs will be the save except I’ll sub out the one chicken and rice meal with burger and fries today oh yeah and fml my legs are still torched lol

So weekend got ducked up had some issues with the ex so that was scratched are totally off dirt yesterday abs workout today sucked chest and triceps got a good pump and sweat but no where near the numbers I shoukd be at or intensity but tomorrows another day

Morning everyone feeling much better today slept amazing so let’s kill the day

So far just had my shake and just took some creatine and pre workout heading into the gym soon.
Meals will switch up a little tomorrow but the same for today.

Back abs biceps today along with cardio and abs I will post after the workout

And as far as adding things in for a cycle here’s what I’m toying with lemme know what you guys think

Keep my trt dose test 200mg a week
Tren ace 300mg week or npp 400mg week 1-12
Mast 400mg week at week 4-12
Var or Tbol week 6-12 possiblly
The compounds and doses aren’t set in stone gimme some input

Slept like a baby thank god gunna start tbrowong some quick carbs in the pre workout meal which was just a shake was talking with my buddy and gunna do a muffin and a Rice Krispie treat. I’m following his lead on this haha we will see how it goes but so far he hasn’t steered me wrong. Otherwise all meals will stay the same as well workouts and cardio today I’ll be working out shoulders and traps will update afterwards.

Supps today will be
Creatine
Pre workout
Pump formula

Leg day today they aren’t as Intebse as they used to be since my job would kill me if I couldn’t react how I need yo lol but felt good pump was great energy was up truly getting the itch to throw some gear back in almost at a starting ooojt where I think it would be most beneficial. Workouts below if anyone has suggestions to the leg program

Didn’t post yesterdays workout guys chest and tris with abs and cardio I’ll post here todays back and bis with abs no cardio will also attract check in pictures frkm this morning now 210 outta bed up a LB from last week but really not paying attention to the scale. Definitely tighter and meaner and Jesus do I feel light as a feather I can honestly say I haven’t been this light in almost 3 years haha . Let’s keep working
