GO FUND me for a REP?

Hey ASF, can I ask you guys a small favor?

If @Arnold permits me to run a go fund me for a member here, would anyone possibly be able to help? One of our members who wishes to remain anonymous but is also a REP for one of the brands here and is a great guy, has cancer. He has had multiple surgeries. Can't work. He is kinda in limbo where he applied for disability, etc, etc and it hasn't kicked in.

I know it can take 30-60 or even 90 days. He has 5 children and a wife and he is the breadwinner.

Super scary situation.

So I have been trying to help and I wonder if I do a go fund me, can anyone here pitch in a few bucks? Even if its $5, 10 or 20 and a bunch of us donate, it will add up. I will be personally making the go fund me and holding the funds until its time to transfer it in a week or two, or however it works. So you can trust this is not just some scheme.

We are one big family here at ASF. We always help one another so I am hoping a few guys can chime in and committ a few bucks to this cause alongside me. I'd really appreciate it.

I was even thinking of how I can do an auction for products or a gift bag of products. Something to get a small chunk of change to help.

I am helping now, and don't mind, but I have endless legal bills for my 2 daughters custody battles I am still in, so I could absolutely use the help in helping this member/rep.

Please advise and if you guys have any other ideas or concepts please let me know!!

He didn't know I was gonna do a go fund me. He just asked me to keep his issues anonymous if I speak to anyone.

He had no clue I had this idea but I feel out of respect that's the way to go.

I had to take money in 2010 when I came home from jail and poundstone did a fundraiser to help my legal fees. It is embarrassing and you really gotta suck up your pride to openly admit u need help, this I chose to keep him private.

I'll tell him.my idea and ask him.ifmi.can openly say who he is or let guys PM him.

Like sam said if u trust me then please donate if we do this.

I've prob given away more money and products then any sponsor and I'm not saying that for praise at all...but I feel I've earned my trust.

I don't think anyone here thinks I'll steal the $500-1k we make this guy...that's my goal, to get him $500-1000 bucks to help hold him over.

I'd never steal a dime from any of you. So I truly believe if it remains anonymous u guys will trust me to collect and send the funds.

Giving is one of my favorite things in life ..I love helping others and I know many of u do too. I can't tell u how proud I am to call this place my home + family.

Never any pressure to donate. Many people can't...but even posting a go fund me on social media to help others is a huge favor.

We've been so fortunate to help others on this forum.

Eventually I want to do some sort of fund, which is a small pot of cash. And it would sit there and only be used to help a member of and when an emergency happens.

We gotta take care of one another...that's what family does 💕 love yas and ty for replies.
 
I trust Wes and would help out my mom had cancer and it was hard... that being said she is still here and doing great 10 years later. she got these booty bullets from a friend who I can put you in contact with if he is serious I dont know how much they cost offhand anymore. but its marijuana and other things that is a booty pill and you take it once a day if I remember. hes been doing it obviously over 10 years now I think more like 20 hes been a very good friend. we are out of california :)


I'm right there with 302 I dont have much but would love to help out someone...

but I also think after they see us wanting to help they should not remain anonymous there is no shame in getting sick and most of us think of this as a second family sort of I think is a good way of putting it.
 
Hey ASF fam...First and foremost I am the the guy Wes created this post about . I was shocked when I saw it and never asked him to for anything , me and Wes have been talking for a few weeks now because I reached out to him based on his knowledge with Cancer and Endocrinology. He is an incredible asset to this forum and a man of faith as i am myself . I just want to say how thankful and in awe i am of the members who posted on the thread. Im a Father of 5 beautiful kids and a amazing wife and I did share my fears and worries with him ..I respect this board tremendously and just do my rep job..I try to respect everyone and don't get caught up in anything negative .. I just want to to say thank you to everyone and I would love to talk to anyone via pm and tell them and show them anything about my medical issues ... I was diagnosed with cancer in February , had major surgery 5 weeks ago and now im dealing with
Oncologist
Endocrinologist
Neurologist
Urologist
Primary care Doc
Test after test , scan after scan and so much more...I cant work , cant train and life's kicking my ass right now . All I want to say is thank you to all . A simple post even helps 🙏

That’s sad to hear brother, stay strong it’s not easy. I couldn’t imagine what you’re feeling and going through. This can happen to anyone at any time. I’m sure we all know somebody that this has happened to. I will definitely will help out. Shout out to GnT and Arnold let’s make it happen!
 
I'm in. I'm really sorry to hear about what you're having to go through. Hoping for the best for you on this journey.

Didn't we do something like this for Dale C a while back? I remember doing the GoFund and the fundraising raffle.
 
Brother, you're facing more than most ever will and still showing up. That takes a kind of strength no cycle can give.

You're a husband, a father, a fighter, and a got damn inspiration. Keep pushing, one breath, one step, one day at a time. Wish you continued strength and a speedy recovery ✊🏾
