It should be mandatory for PED use. And even if you don’t necessarily need to you could still on behalf of your blood be helping save someone’s life.

Whole blood or I recommend double red will definitely drop your numbers down a few points.

What private places? Redcross is picky, because my blood type I can't do power red, only whole, plasma or.platelets

I give blood every 60 days as by doing so, the Red Cross later provides me a free and thorough blood analysis including liver values, lipids, and testosterone levels.

Absolutely.
I can do power red twice a year, and another place whole blood every 3 months.

If the rbc gets too high, I feel like trash. Winded very easily, tired all the time, and any dehydration will literally make me pass out. Try downing an entire energy drink, and falling asleep 5min later. Was out cold for an hour.
Stay hydrated

Yes, I can feel the difference after donating, especially if I waited too long and rbc elevated on me.

My trt dose elevates my levels enough I have to donate a few times a year.

Wait too long, and Red Cross won’t let you donate. They have an upper limit on rbc…
Then only option (if hydrating isn’t the issue), is phlebotomy, which can be hard to find and expensive in my area.

How would they know where your rbc is at unless you told them? They wouldn't let me do power red cause I am AB+

Red Cross and bloodwork’s both do a pin prick to check rbc before they accept you as a donor. Same time they check vitals…

Sometimes there are blood drives that give free movie tickets or other free stuff just for donating. Win Win!
