Get Shredded!
About 4 years ago I topped out at 275lbs. This was at 5'7. I was miserable and just felt useless. Nothing I did seemed to work and I just couldn't lose weight. So I mad the decision to have the gastric sleeve done. Now 4 years later I was down to 186 and I felt good. I started lifting again and my energy levels and just sled worth was at high. Well I just started a test cycle of test c after running rad140. But Im really struggling eating. I have to get more calories in some how. I drink my shakes, usually using 2% milk. I eat as clean as I can but I do eat dirty as well just to get my calories in. What would yall recommend to help get more carbs and calories in? Weight gainer is so damn expensive so I just purchased some dextrose powder to add to my post workout shake.

what is your issue with eating? Taste? not hungry? I mean my mom eats like a bird she just isnt hungry tho lol I tell her I eat when im not hungry I just eat LOL.

I can't eat a lot at a time. My stomach is smaller due to the surgery. So I have to eat more calorie dense foods. It doesn't take much to fill me up basically

oh thats super shitty. im sorry :( didnt even think about the surgery I apologize.

No problem. If I eat too much I can actually make myself sick. I have tried smaller meals spaced throughout the day but I still get super full and sometimes sick

You've kind of crippled yourself here. I know quite a few people who go this surgery and they struggle to eat enough to even maintain weight.

wow thats actually a great ratio 500calories for 4oz of water.

The owner created it for his mother who had cancer and was struggling to eat.

thats a great backstory love the product already! my mom had cancer too and beat it <3

I'll check that out. If it means supporting a good cause like this I wbe more than happy to give it a shot

I used to weigh 136 lbs and look like a crack addict. I used to fill zip lock bags with peanut butter and eat every 30 minutes. I didn’t care where I was or what time it was, if I was full, I ate and made a timer. People used to laugh at me or stare at me, but it didn’t matter. I had a purpose. My cousin got a sleeve and lost 100 lbs. She stretched it out and now she’s at 400 lbs. It’s a waste of tax dollars. Good luck to you.

How many meals a day do you eat? Many smaller dense meals would seem to be the way to go. I my big bulking years i was never hungry or felt like eating i just chewed and swallowed as i had a goal i was working towards.

Short cuts always catch up. Getting sleeve is the worst option one can take. You dodged hardwork and now you have to work harder.

Have 8 small meals a day.
4 of them will probably be liquid with nuts whey oats dates crushed in them.
