  • Yes
  • On and off past 5-6 years. On for life now.
  • 195
  • Maybe a 150 or so, was recovering from drug abuse that took me down to 130s, been all the way up to 230s
  • I wouldn’t have ran Tren so early. I would’ve used AI to avoid my gyno surgery from last year. Simply ran safer, smarter cycles.
  • Test, Tren, Deca/Npp, Dbol
  • Thicker beard, increased libido, Strength increase, quicker recovery from higher volume/intensity training
  • Acne, Hair loss, higher blood pressure, higher cholesterol, higher body temperature, fertility issues
  • Don’t think has changed my life for the better. Life could be just as good natural. If anything it made me more narcissistic when it comes to being so focused into this lifestyle that it takes a hit on my family time, not bad, but definitely a thing, also money spent on supplies and ED pinning gets old.
  • Do your research and do what you think is best for your life, not what you think is best in the moment. Life is not the gym for most people.

-Hell Yeah
-Did it terribly and wrong for the past 20 years, doing it right the past 2
-Current 215 (6’ 0”)
-Before 185
-Wouldnt have pinned randomly but like JB said, live and learn
-Test, Proviron (most likely tren but havent ran it)
-Sex drive, mood, stamina, strength, just overall feeling amazing, body being solid, looking jacked
-Nothin yet, BP a tad elevated when running, hair loss was genetic so dont matter, hair growth in random spots sucks, like my fuckin ears
-Definitely changed for the better, made my relationship better, overall health better because i eat better and train harder
-Stick to vitamins and natural supplements till at least mid 20s, unless you have crazy discipline and you plan on competing, then run it

Are you glad you started using aas?
-For the most part yes
.

How long have you been on gear ?

-About 12 years off and on

What’s your current weight ?

-240-245ish

What was your weight before starting aas ?

-150lbs

Is there anything you would have done differently if you could go back related to gear ?

-I would have waited until I reached atleast 20 years old or so. I started Way too young !!( listening to advice from the wrong people. I would have learned more about controlling e2 and prolactin. (So I wouldn’t have had to get gyno surgery that cost me thousands of $).

What are your favorite compounds ?
-Test, anadrol, Masteron, npp

Positive side effects that came from you getting on gear ?

-Bigger of course. More respect from people in general it seems. More confidence.

Negative side effects that you attribute to gear use ?

- A little Acne, fertility issues, high body temperature most of the time, sex drive insanely high which gets annoying at times. Spending a good amount of money on gear , more food than the average person to maintain my size or grow. Focused on always looking better which is annoying some times because some times I want to not focus on my body and just feel “normal” but my inner juice head won’t let me.

How has gear changed your life for the better?

- like I said earlier more respect from people. Confidence booster. Stronger overall.

What would you tell the youngsters who are debating on starting enhancements?

- I tell the young guys not to even think about it. Stick with creatine, protein powders and vitamins. At least until they get older and have years of training and eating right under their belt.

Are you glad you started using aas?
Yes

How long have you been on gear ?
10 years

What’s your current weight ?
247

What was your weight before starting aas ?
115

Is there anything you would have done differently if you could go back in time related to gear ?
No, experimented and learned what worked best for me.

What are your favorite compounds ?
Deca and Tren

Positive side effects that came from you getting on gear ?
Increased muscle mass, helped me gain over 100lb

Negative side effects that you attribute to gear use ?
Low Sperm count, which is why I had to use HCG, HMG and Clomid to get the wife pregnant.

How has gear changed your life for the better?
Made me extremely focused on my goal of becoming a IFBB pro which made me eat better, train better and sleep better

What would you tell the youngsters who are debating on starting enhancements?
You must reach your natural potential before starting. You should have 5 years of consistent training and dieting under your belt before thinking of juice. Test only for first cycle with AI on hand and PCT. Don’t blast and cruise until you’ve done 5 cycles with PCT and you know for a fact this is the life you want to live forever.

I only started because a doctor put me on trt.

I had to try tren because all the stories I read. Love it so much I can keep it in my house.

It’s simple to say being in trt is the best decision I ever made.

Are you glad you started using aas?
While I wish I had waited until my 30s to start, I think they have helped me in many ways. i am glad I have the knowledge of them that I do now when I actually need them, in my 50s.
How long have you been on gear ?
First cycle in 1987. Have used them off and on, mostly off in the years since.
What’s your current weight ?
225lbs
What was your weight before starting aas ?
150lbs +/-
Is there anything you would have done differently if you could go back in time related to gear ?
Exhausted all natural potential BEFORE even thinking about gear. I wish I knew that the most important thing, on or off gear, is diet and nutrition.
What are your favorite compounds ?
Testosterone, Deca
Positive side effects that came from you getting on gear ?
Even though I regret taking them so young, they opened up the world of bodybuilding to me. I became part of the SoCal “scene” in the late 80s, which was an awesome time, very unlike today. Also, as a knowledge seeker, I am thankful that in this game, one must constantly be looking for info.

Negative side effects that you attribute to gear use ?
Use changed my body type. I will never be a skinny guy with a runner’s body again.
How has gear changed your life for the better?
It gives me something to study, Deca makes my old, miserable body a bit less pain, brewing has allowed my brain to stay in the science game.
What would you tell the youngsters who are debating on starting enhancements?
Same thing I tell everyone: you have been misled/duped into believing steroids are some magical thing. You can do SO MUCH naturally with simply intense lifestyle and training focus and proper nutrition in the right amounts. Steroids do little or nothing by themselves. What you seek requires discipline and focus, without them what you are seeking with gear is folly.

I started training at 18 years old when I weighed 115lb, messed up with that part. When I started cycling I was around 140lb at 22 years old. Was a very hardgainer. I did gain 100lb with the help from aas but mostly was learning to eat which it also helped me.

Graduated 115, everyone calling me skinny was my biggest motivation to get big. I thought I was eating a lot back then but compared to now its a joke. Just for me to maintain 240+ is 5-6k calories a day. If I eat 4k one day I will just drop weight, my body wants to revert back to skeletal form lol. Its a curse for gaining but a blessing for cutting.

1. Yes, I’m glad I started using gear.
2. I’ve been on gear for 28 years.
3. I weigh 197Lbs currently
4. My weight before starting is hard to say. I weighed 147Lbs when I started lifting weights. I trained natural for 8 years and got up to 230Lbs. Weight is irrelevant. That number could be a fat fuck or a ripped god. I got up to 265Lbs with Abs while on gear. I downsized a year and a half ago due to high blood pressure and the death of a friend.
5. If I went back in time I’d probably take 1 pharma grade sustanon preload per week instead of 10ccs of Brovel test once a week. The cost of both was the same $8-$10 and I took the 2 gram shot. Looking back the 1 sustanon a week would be enough but I’d probably throw in a preload of deca too if I had the money. I went to Mexico once a week and took a shot.
6. Favorite AAS: deca, sustanon, Anadrol, Winstrol.
7. Postive effects from AAS are I look the way I dreamed of looking.
8. Negative effects are feeling toxic, poisoned, tired most of the time. I take nootropics to counter this.
9. Gear gave me a ton of positive attention and helped me achieve my dream of looking like Rambo III.
10. Advice to youngsters is tap out your natural potential before starting gear. Start with tiny doses because any addition of anabolics will help you grow faster. If you take too much too fast you’ll just burn out your receptors and get a lot of unwanted side effects.
