Increased my deca dose up to 150mg/wk. added Anadrol 50mg pre workout. Running test at 500mg/wk.

Okay why do I got a random wire going nowhere at your electrical pole. Looks like we need to start doing some touch-up paint to the bottom of the siding. If it's starting to fray at the bottom of the siding I'm having clients add an exterior silicone caulking to the bottom of the siding before paint.
You look fantastic though.

Second day taking Anadrol preworkout, never used this before but I guess I was expecting more of a noticeable, immediate effect. For anybody that’s used it, does this need to build up for a week or so? I know 50 is probably a starter dose but I’ll see how it goes for a couple weeks and titrate up to 75mg.

And I thought you were going to say I was too fat 😂. I did just look at that wire, it’s a cable wire and it’s feed through a small hole in the side of the house. I’ll work on the touch up 👊🏼

Weight has touched 180 for a couple days in row. Very excited about this, heaviest I’ve ever been and still not too fat. No I’ll effects from the Anadrol, BP is in check. Maybe a little heart burn but tolerable and I just pop a couple tums.

9/6 hit Legs with quads focus, had some good progress. My Anadrol tabs are green and I use them sublingual which turned my tongue green for a while. Must be activating hulk mode.

Had a good jump in average weight this week, going to finish up at 181 which is one pound above my goal for this blast and I have another 4 -6 weeks to go. I know this mostly extra nitrogen/water retention from adding the Anadrol but still good to see.

Been slacking the past few days on the log but I’m still putting in work. Starting to really see the affects of the Anadrol on my training, a lot of plus 2 and 3 on my sets rather than the usual one or none at all. I’ve also been incorporating micro drop sets on more movements on the back off set. I’m noticing this isn’t affecting my ability to progress the following session so I can tolerate the extra volume.

Hit pull on Friday, push on Saturday and legs yesterday. Feeling very strong and full.

12 hour day in the OR so got my cardio in this morning.

Other development is having my first energy drink the other day. Always avoided because I love coffeee but lately I haven’t been enjoying it at all. Lifelong coffee drinker but my taste buds just don’t care for it. I tried a Ghost drink, warhead watermelon. Holyyyyy shit, that stuff is as amazing. I also grabbed a Reign before work, also amazing and I the extra caffeine had me running circles for most of the day.

Had a busy day in the OR, bouncing back and forth between several rooms. I had a couple below the knee amputations which I haven’t done in a while. I come back from break and I have a half cut off leg staring me in the face. This many years in and I still don’t get used that 😬

Anyways, hit a great push session, today was the day I really felt the effects of the Anadrol. Still taking 50mg/day. The reason I say that is on my first movement (smith shoulder press) I’ve really struggled to grind out and progress in the 6-9 rep range for weeks now. Last time I got 7 reps, today I busted through and got an additional 2 reps for 9. It’s just the way the weight felt. Continued to progress on everything else, felt really full, pump was insane. A nice controlled aggression. Still only dealing with heartburn, but I’m cool with that.

Been slacking on updating but not on training. Hit push today with chest focus. Good session overall. Still can’t bust through this plateau on incline smith press. It’s been like 3-4 weeks stuck on 260 and between 6–7 reps. One day I get seven then the next it’s six then back to seven. Very frustrating, even on third week of Anadrol. Every other set is getting crushed. Still consistently getting plus 2-3 reps on each set. Still just dealing with heartburn. It’s crazy how an hour or two after taking Anadrol, the heartburn comes immediately. Couple of Tums takes care of it.

I take protronix,daily..I haven't experienced it yet w drol..tbol few months ago had it bad,but I wasn't taking anything for it then..I'm taking drol now split dose

Your taking the protonix for the heartburn? I need to find something. Appreciate cider vinegar and prilosec aren't cutting it

Yes..they gave that to my lady when she had killer heartburn when she was pregnant, stuff works but have to take it daily, it's not like tums.

Weird how different orals affect that symptom. When I took anavar a while back didn’t cause any of that, up to 40mg.

I was thinking certain compounds or mayb even fillers,I don't have problems w many ,but tbol and oral primo did it to me,

Been a minute since I updated. We are still going strong. PEDs are currently 500 Sustanon 150 deca and 50mg Anadrol (workout days only). All @YourMuscleShop gear. Weights continuing to go up, always adding reps to most exercises every session. Had a nice breakthrough on smith incline yesterday. Was going back and forth between 6-7 reps for about a month and finally got 8 reps! These little victories are huge for my training. Food is about 3600 on training days and 3200 on rest days. Weight on average is 183 with another month to go before I cruise. I have already exceeded my expectations for first cycle but I’m even more excited to cut down to see what I’ve built. Stay tooned!

Funny how just an extra rep or a couple more pounds added to a lift can do so much to keep someone pushing. Probably one of my favorite aspects.
